I have used Precision in the past and have been happy with their service. The technician, Elliot, who came to service my garage door this time was courteous, personable, and competent. He described the reason my door was not working, discussed the condition of the rest of the door, told me what would absolutely have to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn out and should be replaced. He gave me a clear understanding of the costs and helped me decide the best way to repair my door and stay within my budget. He even repaired two smaller issues I was having with the light and outside panel that I couldn't resolve myself. He left the work area clean and neat and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the people and would recommend Precision to anyone.

My experience with Precision was great from the very beginning. I called on a Saturday morning, with bad weather predicted, and Crystal who was very friendly and a good listener, assured me they could take care of my problem. Brandon, the technician arrived early afternoon, calling me when he was on his way. I had also received a text about Brandon’s background. He was the best. I would give him 5+ stars. I was given 3 options with cost estimates. At the end I was very satisfied with the selection I chose. He was very patient when walking me through the Aladdin Genie app which I really appreciated. He was very thorough and good with the explanations. He even shoveled my snow and left the garage in good order. If I ever have garage door issues I will be calling Precision and requesting Brandon.

When it rains, it pours! We seem to have had multiple issues with our garage door, the springs, the rollers and the opener. Drew was SO kind! He explained everything in language that us older folks could grasp. We had multiple repair options and with Drew (and Mickey’s) help - we chose the options that made the most sense. We had used Precision while living in our previous home and was greatly satisfied with the service. When our door wouldn't budge, we called Precision because of the excellent service we had received previously. Our service guy was Cole. Very polite and explained everything clearly. He did an excellent job of replacing parts and cleaning up afterwards. We appreciated Precision's customer service! No doubt as garage door parts break down we will call Precision EVERY TIME!

I called on Saturday around 11am and scheduled an appointment for morning on Sunday. Within an hour, I received a notification that someone could be out by 3pm. The technician was friendly, professional, and finished the installation before 5pm. He installed a new chain, motor, sensors, openers, and programmed it all. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service and expertise provided to us.

My Garage door Spring broke the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I called another company 1st thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were closed. I called Precision and they were open and sent Isaac out within a few hours of me calling. He was great! He did a full inspection of my door. He gave me a few options for repairs and cost. Isaac had my door operating again in no time. Thanks Isaac for an excellent experience! Precision will be my go to garage door company from now on!
