I have used Precision door in the past. They did good work then which was over 10 years ago for a tune up. Their service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do think their prices are slightly high. However, they do excellent work and would recommend them.

My garage door was making a funny click-click-click sound when opening and closing. Kevin U came out, diagnosed and repaired the problem. As part of the service, Kevin found that my springs were weak and not balancing the door the way that it should. He explained the issue and the options available. They honor advertising coupons. And arrive when scheduled with truck fully stocked for parts that may be needed. I was pleased in every way with going with this company. Kevin was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He replaced my outdoor entry pad and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door. He then blew out the whole garage with his leaf blower. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Needed a new garage door opener. Precision had a special price (very good deal!), better than the other big-firm/competitor offered. Making appt. was easy, there was a good time availability and technicians availability. The tech (Cole P.) arrived on time, had a good professional appearance, is knowledgeable, friendly. He answered all my questions, ran a quick inspection, made sound suggestions and went to work. All promised work was done, everything was installed right and well. He demonstrated the opener, explained all the functions and options. Left the area clean. He left a very good impression on us. I've had some work done by Precision Doors years ago, and I'm glad I called them back. They took good care of us.

Ben was great and changed out our keypad. He also gave us an inspection with quality feedback on what to watch and fix in the future. We did surge protectors on the Lifts at his recommendation, because we think a power surge was the issue with the keypad, and I wanted to help protect the new door openers from a couple years ago. We have had four Techs from Precision and they have all been on time, great to work with and very professional.
