Eric showed up on time. I explained the problem. He said, give me a moment to look it over. 30 seconds later he had diagnosed my problem. He told me what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me why the garage door was not operating properly. My wife asked when will they be able to fix the garage, thinking we would need to schedule for another day. I told her, Eric is almost done, which she was thrilled with. Eric is a true professional, and I could not be more pleased.

I would recommend technician (Caleb P. ) He was very good and resolved all problems. Very Good at answering questions and provide quote for choices. We had used another garage door service company for 16 years but this time decided to trust Precision. Tyler was our technician. After troubleshooting, he discovered a broken gear and showed it to us (replacement part no longer available). We would need a new opener. He presented us with 3 options, clearly describing the features and cost for each. Tyler was prompt to arrive, courteous, knowledgeable, and a good worker. In about an hour he took down the failed opener and installed a new Genie Belt Drive model we had selected. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services and Tyler in particular.
