Our son accidentally hit our garage door at our new house with his car and damaged it. We had used Precision before at our previous home and had a good experience. They came out promptly. Brandon was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our door so it was operational and gave us a quote on a newer and better door. There is no one else I would use for garage door services. Steve T

Joel was great! I saw the Precision truck in our neighborhood. He was at a neighbor's house across the street . (Precision had put in a new garage door motor in my garage over a year ago and they did an excellent job.) Joel made several adjustments to the garage door. He also replaced the garage door seal on the bottom of the garage door. Great job!

Precision Garage Door Service exceed our expectations! We were having issues with our garage door opening and found them through a google search. They were able to get us in early the next morning. I appreciated the text message introducing our technician to us prior to his arrival as well as his phone call. I used Precision Garage Door Service because my son in law used them and told me they were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and fixed his problem. I requested service this morning and Precision was on site same morning. Matt did a good job. Matt was courteous and professional and fixed our problems. Mostly importantly Matt's attitude was problem solving and he did not give up figuring out our problems then fixed them. Applying your standard service call fee to my bill as a credit if the repair was over $100 tells me your are confident in your work and fair to customers. Committing to being on site same day also tells me your are committed to your customers.

My recent dealings with Precision Garage Door were due to some “strange” sounds. The technician, Royal, was right on time and did an amazing job figuring out “something I had never heard before.” After several minutes listening and looking, he decided lubrication and the tightening of a couple of bolts was the remedy. Well, it worked! No more strange noises.

I called Precision Door on Thursday as our garage door started acting funny and would not stay closed. A tech was scheduled on Friday to come to determine the problem. A hardware failure on the door prompted the need to replace the door by the technician-Teddy who was very informative and did an outstanding job replacing both of the door openers and setting up them up with the new opener devices and the software application to our phones. Special "thank you" to Teddy for a job well done and getting us back up and running without any issues.

Whenever I have had Precision Door come to my house they have been wonderful! They are also very quick, always come the same day I call for service, and keep me updated as to their arrival time. Most recently the chain fell off my garage door motor. Kevin was my technician this time and he was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, but we also chatted about a few other related things and he left me know what options were available without being pushy. If you have a garage door need, don't hesitate to call Precision!!!

I called Precision Garage Doors yesterday and got an appt for later this afternoon(Saturday) with ease. Nick called on his way and was here at the appointed time. He listened toy concern, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options to fix the problem and did all of the work within 45 min. He was friendly, considerate, kind, explained what he was doing. The price was fair. I would recommend Nick and Precision with no hesitation.

Tony’s service call started as one to sync our old LiftMaster GDOs to our new car. I had synced 5 cars over the years, but after several hours could not sync this one. The GDOs were 15 years old and after more than an hour of Tony’s unsuccessful attempts, we authorized new LiftMaster GDOs. Unfortunately, again despite Tony’s great work, we still could not sync the doors with HomeLink. He called for tips from other installers, and when I called the office, his supervisor, Eric, came right over. In the meantime, I called HomeLink and learned that the new remotes included with the GDOs needed to be exchanged for a different model. Once done, all was well. Great attitude, patience and perseverance paid off.

Our garage door spring failed at about 9 AM and Precision had our door repaired and operable by 2 PM the same day. Contacted a competitor before Precision. Was informed that repairs could not be performed until the next, but possibly could be done on an overtime basis that evening. Thanks for great response Precision. The service technician (Cole) was excellent. Professional and extremely cautious around our vehicles in a very crowded garage. Impressed with your company and employees.
