Dakota T showed up right when he said he would. Called prior to appointment and let me know when to expect him. Super nice guy and very personable. Turns out I needed an entire new opener because my motor was fried on my 25 year old unit. Dakota went through my options and explained exactly what was happening. I did not enjoy having to spend the money to replace the entire unit but that is what it was calling for. He had it installed quickly and went through it all with me and helped get the wi-fi system set up also. Very patient and thorough especially given the fact it was about 15 degrees outside. I have to say my door is uber quiet now and opens very calmly unlike my old unit which seemed to jerk the door. Dakota did a terrific job and everything looks great.

Vlad was amazing! Professional, on time, courteous, and honest about the work that needed to be done. We had service for the first time with Percision Garage door. Drew T. Was our tech and recommended what we needed. We replaced several things including springs wheel cables etc. The door is 21 years old and we used another company for 21 years! We wanted to try Percision Garage doors for the first time and they are in Noblesville. I highly recommend them. Drew was awesome and very knowledgeable and very polite. Explained things and never pressured you. Gave us great options and had ALL the parts on the truck. Best service ever. Very organized. Percision Garage Doors thank you for sending Drew. Had a great experience from start to finish. They were able to come the same day. Had Eric M and he did an awesome job. He checked everything out and the motor was almost 30 years old and the springs were beginning to show a lot of wear. He explained everything that he felt would be necessary to repair to good working order. Eric M was knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant. After the needed repairs, he helped me sync the new opener to my vehicle and also introduced me to a new app allowing me to open and close door from my phone. Pricing was very reasonable and the service went above and beyond.

I went thru the Hamilton county Precision Garage Door service, whom my neighbor recommended. My garage door was busted and could not be brought down. They were not able to come the same day to get the garage door down, so I got another garage company service to do the job. I got a quote from that company for the Garage door replacement. Shaun from Precision Garage Door came the following day to give a quote and it was very reasonable. Shaun was communicative via text on updates of when the door would be available and when the work could be done. Carter and team got the garage door replaced within the week. They were running late on the day of replacement and apologized for it when they arrived. Overall- my experience with Hamilton county Precision Garage Door service was good... they did a great job at the replacement... and I would recommend them.

We had Joey come out yesterday and “save our bacon” when our garage door malfunctioned. He was quick, efficient, and also recommended some minor maintenance issues. Joey did not try to upsell, but offered to address whatever I might wanted to address. The price was less than what I was quoted by another company, and he didn’t seem to mind working in the dreadful cold that engulfed our fair city. Many thanks to Joey and to Precision.
