Precision was recommended by a former employee of one of your competitors. He stated that Precision was "hands down" the best & most reliable company in the field. I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the job Precision and Jeff did for us. I will not go with any other garage door company, based on the job that was done this past weekend. Thanks Again!

Our garage door would not always close. I called Precision , explained the problem and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing the next day. Josh was the technician. He listened to our concerns, examined both garage doors, was able diagnose the problem. He explained everything to us, reviewed the plan and cost to fix the problem! We gave him the go ahead and he was able to tune up and fix both garage doors. Thanks Josh!

Recommended by several friends. Crew was on time, explained issues with the installation of hardware, and resulting current and future problems. I was given several options on how to fix broken 2 door garage opener and the additional single garage door opener. all springs were replaced as well has hardware that holds up the springs and the garage door opener. The rollers were origian plasitc ones so all rollers replaced. the crew were good communicators and also cleaned up nicely

I booked my own appointment online for same day service. I was called back promptly and a repairman showed up during my 2 hour window as promised. He was polite and professional. Broken opener was replaced pretty quick. He also oiled both existing doors to help eliminate future problems.

Our garage door spring broke on Sunday. I went online, scheduled the appointment for 8-10am the next day (Monday) and Josh showed up on time and installed our new springs. It was that easy, but it didn't stop there. We've needed a new garage door opener unit/motor for the past few years, as our old one was near end of life after 15 years of use. Josh showed me the options, of which he had all in the truck, and installed our new motor - all under 1 hour. It's the most quite opener I've ever heard (or can barely hear I should say). Precision not only lived up to expectations, but exceeded them in service, professionalism, clean-up after installation, and value.
