Orlando, our technician did a fantastic job of repairing our garage door! He explained everything that he was going to do and was very efficient when he did the work! I wish service people from other businesses would be as efficient and do a great job like Orlando did.

They were out quickly. Ben, our technician, was efficient and very personable. The job was done before my wife got home from work, and the quality of the work was excellent. Ben gave me options of what he recommended vs. minimum required repairs and I settled in the middle somewhere. He also helped me pick out the coupon that was best for our situation. Thank you for all of it!

We had used another garage door service company for 16 years but this time decided to trust Precision. Tyler was our technician. After troubleshooting, he discovered a broken gear and showed it to us (replacement part no longer available). We would need a new opener. He presented us with 3 options, clearly describing the features and cost for each. Tyler was prompt to arrive, courteous, knowledgeable, and a good worker. In about an hour he took down the failed opener and installed a new Genie Belt Drive model we had selected. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services and Tyler in particular.

My 27-year-old garage door and opener needed some attention. I called Precision based on a neighbor's recommendation. The technician, Drew T, was outstanding! He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what was going on, then showed me and thoroughly explained, what was causing the issues. He presented me with multiple options for replacing the opener and repairing the door. It was a big job, but Drew was great, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend calling Precision and asking for Drew for your next garage door repair.

Kevin and Caleb (I believe) were absolutely fabulous. They were courteous and very understanding about the predicament a broken garage door leaves you in - with your car stuck inside. Kevin walked me through everything - why the door had broken and what my options were for fixing it. They had it fixed in just a couple hours.

Eric was amazing, patient and answered all my questions without judgement. Eric showed up early and treated my time, as important as his own. So wonderful when the service industry has a bad habit of not caring about the customers time. I would also like to call out Kevin who was the previous technician who worked on my garage door and mentors you younger, newer technicians. Eric said that Kevin mentored him, so great job Kevin. You are teaching them well!!

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Services from start to finish! From the very first call, their team was professional, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. They made me feel valued as a customer and not just like another number, which really stood out to me. Kevin, the technician, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His professionalism and kindness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone in need of repairs or service. You won’t be disappointed!

Precision Garage Door was 5 star from the first call to the high five with Kalu as he was leaving the driveway! The team was kind, understanding, professional and provided excellent service. As the expert on site, Kalu was knowledgeable, creative and fixed what seemed to be unfixable. He went over and beyond in so many ways. Thank you to Kalu and the PGD team!

Precision Garage Door just completed a repair on our two car garage door and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the work they did at a fair price. We had an “accident” on a Thursday eve when my wife was pulling into the garage and hit the remote control a few doors away from our home…….normally not a problem…….except I was backing out of the garage at the same time! CRUNCH! I called Precision at 7:00 PM and not only did someone answer they were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning! The technician Kalu was knowledgeable, professional and did excellent work. I would certainly recommend Kalu and Precision for all your garage door needs
