Issac did a great job with the repair of our garage door. We had a dent in the door, rail, and wheel shaft plus additional damages to the cable and more. I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Drew. Our garage door is 27 years old and had more issues than I realized—broken spring, bent bar, broken wheels, bent track, and even a missing center bearing. Despite all that, the technician tackled each problem with patience, skill, and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, not just patched up. He explained the repairs clearly, had all the parts needed, and worked efficiently to get the door back in top shape. It now works better than I have ever seen it. Technician called ahead when running late. Examined door and component parts to see why it wouldn't stay up when operator was disconnected. Explained exactly what the cure would be and how much it would cost. Tech was very well spoken and thorough in his explanation and work performed. Everything was repaired as explained and the price was in line with the estimate. It was a good experience for me in total. Eric should be complimented. I will use your company again.

We were having trouble with our garage door opener working properly. We reviewed the options and selected Precision Garage Door. They were timely on getting to us to diagnose the problem. The solution was a new garage door opener. They had the part on the truck and were able to install it within 2 hours. Colin K was our repair technician and he explained the options and led us to the correct solution. He explained how to use the new opener and was very patient with us.

Brock came out to assist with a new MyQ video camera set up as we were having issues getting it to sync with our iPhones (along with our new Liftmaster garage door opener) and totally went above and beyond in helping us to get things resolved. The MyQ app allows us to control the camera and garage door from anywhere now, but he stayed until we finally got things to connect properly which took much longer than expected as he was extremely patient and understanding in helping us to finally get this accomplished. :) PS: I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone and now a true customer for life thanks to Brock!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience from the time I called the precision office yesterday to job completion this afternoon. The office person was incredibly courteous and did a wonderful job scheduling our work to be done. Then this morning, Kevin and Eric showed up to assess our garage door issue. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and work ethic that we experience today from these two individuals. From beginning to end Precision Garage Doors made having our garage door fixed as easy as possible. From broken door to fixed in less than 24 hours. Scheduling was easy and well after “business hours”. I received a time window of service and was notified when the technician was on his way. Andrew was amazing! He was professional, kind and explained every part of the door system and how they worked together. He explained what needed to be replaced to get the door working and made another suggestion based on aging parts but never pressured us to pay for more than what we needed. He helped program the new motor to our cars as well as help set up the app. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend every time!
