We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. The technician, Jeff, was very professional and friendly. He took a lot of time to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with the necessary repairs to our large, shop doors. Ryan L was an absolutely amazing technician. He was knowledgeable, quick, and honest. He could have easily told me that it was broken and all needed to be replaced but he didn't. He gave me quotes for repairs, repairs with upgrades, and a new system. Financially, a repair was in our best interest at this time. However, his honesty has earned Precision a repeat customer. I needed a repair of my garage door as the eyes were malfunctioning and not letting the door close. My search took me on line to Precision where I found an excellent rating by the Better Business Bureau in addition to Home Advisor and Angie's List. I also liked that they could come to my Lebanon address and do it so quickly. Two technicians were dispatched the day after I called. They were very professional in their appearance, following the Covid-19 guidelines. After assessing the problem they presented me with a quote and an explanation of the work that needed to be done. The work was completed and in no time the door was working. They explained the functions of the door to my satisfaction. The most surprising thing was, when the job was completed, they cleaned the floor of my garage with their blower finding two nails that may have saved me from a flat tire in the future.
