Had a problem with my garage door being noisy, reallly noisy. Precision came out and fixed the problem with new rollers and a better spring system. Technician Andrew showed up at the promised time and within an hour and a half had the needed repairs done. Andrew was was willing to listen to my concerns and offer different options and what the cost would be for each.

I am totally satisfied with the professional staff and service tech. The internal staff kept me informed and the tech called as needed. When the tech arrived, he explained the process, then completed the evaluation and gave me a firm estimate of cost. He then completed the service as planned. I highly recommend this company.

Owen was excellent and very professional. He came one hour early 3pm before scheduled 4-7 time frame. He was here to repaired wall mount but he noticed Chamberlain system that was over 10 years old and getting old. So he replaced it with Liftmaster system and he asked me about keypad outside of the garage door which I had thought about it. He gave me best options for good price and along with keypad. Thanks Owen for great customer service.

Picked Precision because of their reviews. They arrived within a few hours of calling... Great, fast service! The technician (R.J.) was professional, efficient, informative & answered any questions I had. He offered various units but wasn't pushy in trying to 'upsell' (which I really appreciate). This was DEFINITELY a great choice... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. The technician, Jeff, was very professional and friendly. He took a lot of time to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with the necessary repairs to our large, shop doors. We will definitely use Precision Garage Door (and hope Jeff represents them again) should we need assistance in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door repair service.

On point! My appointment was from 4-6, but they called to be sure I was available and even came early. Very nice tech and he didn’t even make fun of me (I messed it up trying to fix it myself) since it was such an easy fix. ???? 10/10 would recommend!

Ryan L was an absolutely amazing technician. He was knowledgeable, quick, and honest. He could have easily told me that it was broken and all needed to be replaced but he didn't. He gave me quotes for repairs, repairs with upgrades, and a new system. Financially, a repair was in our best interest at this time. However, his honesty has earned Precision a repeat customer. When we DO need to replace our garage door and/or opener, they will be who I call..

Analisa was attentive and knowledgeable; she thoroughly measured and checked over our existing garage door & opener. She pointed out a broken spring that we hadn’t noticed. Analisa listened to our “wish list”, and was able to find exactly what we wanted, within our budget. She was also patient and kind. We highly recommend her as a representative of your company!
