James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He identified multiple areas on my garage door assembly that needed attention, and explained what was wrong with them and why I would need to eventually get them fixed/replaced. He also provided good, better and best recommendations for how to fix it. I never felt pressured to make an uninformed decision.

I would definitely give Precision a 5 star rating. This was the first time I requested the services of Precision and my experience was fantastic. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we know nothing about garage door systems. Aaron was our technician and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He really took the time to inform me about each component of the system and its function, so I could make an educated decision about what I needed. I felt as though he was very honest and I greatly appreciated that as I do not know a great deal about garage door systems. As long as Precision does not change its quality of work and customer service, my family will continue to use Precision in the future.
