I needed a repair of my garage door as the eyes were malfunctioning and not letting the door close. My search took me on line to Precision where I found an excellent rating by the Better Business Bureau in addition to Home Advisor and Angie's List. I also liked that they could come to my Lebanon address and do it so quickly. Two technicians were dispatched the day after I called. They were very professional in their appearance, following the Covid-19 guidelines. After assessing the problem they presented me with a quote and an explanation of the work that needed to be done. The work was completed and in no time the door was working. They explained the functions of the door to my satisfaction. The most surprising thing was, when the job was completed, they cleaned the floor of my garage with their blower finding two nails that may have saved me from a flat tire in the future.

We used Precision Garage Door for the first time today for garage door repairs. Ryan Deal was the employee who came to our home. He identified multiple areas on my garage door assembly that needed attention, and explained what was wrong with them and why I would need to eventually get them fixed/replaced. I would definitely give Precision a 5 star rating. This was the first time I requested the services of Precision and my experience was fantastic. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we know nothing about garage door systems. Aaron was our technician and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He really took the time to inform me about each component of the system and its function, so I could make an educated decision about what I needed. I felt as though he was very honest and I greatly appreciated that as I do not know a great deal about garage door systems. As long as Precision does not change its quality of work and customer service, my family will continue to use Precision in the future.
