Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

From beginning to end Precision Garage Doors made having our garage door fixed as easy as possible. From broken door to fixed in less than 24 hours. Scheduling was easy and well after “business hours”. I received a time window of service and was notified when the technician was on his way. Andrew was amazing! He was professional, kind and explained every part of the door system and how they worked together. He explained what needed to be replaced to get the door working and made another suggestion based on aging parts but never pressured us to pay for more than what we needed. He helped program the new motor to our cars as well as help set up the app. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend every time!

Our technician was Anthony and he was outstanding. We explained the problems with our to garage doors, and he proceeded to troubleshoot the issues. He informed us of the problems he found and then he offered us several options to resolve our issues. We elected to replace our to aging garage door openers, and Anthony carefully explained the advantages of several choices we could make. We choose two different openers and Anthony set about installing the new openers. He also added reinforcement to one door that was starting to bend. After the installations were done, he set up the two openers in our garage, and the two number pads on the outside of the doors and programmed the two remote controls, and programmed our car to open the doors. He then installed an app on my iPhone and trained me how to use it to control the doors from anywhere. I could not have asked for anyone better than Anthony.

Your tech was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained my issues that were not critical but were worn and tired. I'm sure this door has had little to no service since it was hung prior to me buying the house. A garage door is a blessing and a great thing to have, if it works. When it doesn't it can become something dangerous and can cause harm. Your tech showed me the issue with my door, I showed him one he missed, and we agreed to make my door safe and operatable. I thought his price was fair for what needed to be done. Your preprinted services and purchases are not complete.

I am very happy with the professional and thorough assessment done and work completed to resolve my door issues. I was able to obtain a same day appointment, really needed in this instance. Andrew was the technician, and is very knowledgeable and personable. All points of deterioration/failure on the door and opener were shown to me. Then I was given the choice to repair or replace the opener and chose to replace it, in large part because Andrew had several different systems at different price points from which to choose on his van. All work (and there was a lot) was completed in about 3 hours. It’s like having a brand new door! I am thrilled…thank you! This asks me to select the service provided but there were several--a new opener (which has multiple parts to it), new spring, new brackets and new rollers.

Had a problem with my garage door being noisy, reallly noisy. Precision came out and fixed the problem with new rollers and a better spring system. Technician Andrew showed up at the promised time and within an hour and a half had the needed repairs done. Several parts of my garage door unit were over 11 years old and needed to be replaced. Most important was the spring coil. Andrew did a wonderful job explaining why my garage door would open but not stay closed. He gave me a detailed quote of options available for repair today. He showed up on time and was able to make the repairs in one hour because all the parts were stocked in the Precision van. I was not expecting the cost to be so much, BUT if you calculate the expense for the 7 year warranty offered by Precision Garage Door, its a pretty good deal. I would recommend this company for any repairs. They have really good service and price on installing new garage door openers too.
