Super easy and fast scheduling. I was placed on an appointment almost immediately and my technician, Andrew S was over to me slightly after 10am in my four window. Insane timing and even better service. Andrew S IS a complete asset, so nice and detailed. He made me feel very comfortable and was very honest up front about the work and what needed done. He might've left with my door fixed, but what he really did was make sure my family was safe, comfortable and happy, couldn't recommend him more.

I needed garage door repair on a home we recently moved into. I chose Precision due to their reviews. I was able to schedule same day. The technician was excellent and gave me all my options. I chose to replace the opener and some other things and he had everything on his truck to do it right then…no scheduling another appointment to come back and do it. This is a major plus! Bought a new opener and couldn’t figure out how to install it all the way. Andrew came out, looked over everything. He was able to install it and replace the rollers which had not been replaced in 20 years. He was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful!! So glad I called Precision!!! First I called Garage Door Doctor and they said I needed a new door and it will take 2 to 4 weeks. That was unexceptionable so I called Precision Door. They came out replaced a few parts and I was up and running in 2 hours not 2 weeks, And I didn’t need a new door. Yes I would recommend Precision Door.
