Had a fantastic experience with Precision today. Josh thoroughly evaluated the situation with our garage doors / openers. He worked up a number of options for repairs or replacements enabling me to select the plan that was right for us. The new openers are so quiet it makes me wish I had done it sooner. I 100% recommend Precision if you want your doors done right.

Our garage door opener was not working. Precision Tune was called at 8:30 am and Nick arrived at 11am to complete our job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave great updates along the way and instructed me on the new system. I was extremely pleased with his work. Also, the person taking my initial call was very helpful and professional. I made a service call at about 8am and had a tech out by 1030. Super quick service. Technician Andrew was very knowledgeable and got us up and running. I also appreciate that they wear shoe covers into the house. It’s the little things!!

Called precision, very polite voice ask how they could help. I explained my problem, they said they could send someone out next day. Was notified with a phone call tech was on way. Was there on time, was so mice an professional, listen to me an then said, no problem I will take a look. Took him very short time to identify problem an fix. Was so pleased with the entire transaction. I will use them again an highly recommend.

Just had a new garage door installed by Precision. Tim was our installer and he was here on time and did a wonderful job. He cleaned up the work site and explained the door and its functions and safety features. Tim installed a new opener as well and i love the ease and quietness of operation.

Precision was able to come out a few hours after calling them. Andrew was very professional and courteous. He spent the time to educate me on different parts (torsion spring & bearings) of the door that needed to be replaced as well as what to keep an eye on in the future. I would definitely recommend their service.

I chose Precision because of the excellent web page and it is a BBB accredited business. I called the service desk at 12 noon and they said that they would have someone at my house between 3 and 5. At 3 they were there. The service tech was very nice and knowledgeable. I have installed garage doors with all of the attachments before (it is not easy) and to fix a broken spring would have taken me 1 to 2 days. They were there for less than 2 hours and did an excellent job, so I gave them + 5 stars. Will use them again and highly recommend them.
