Just had a new garage door installed by Precision. Tim was our installer and he was here on time and did a wonderful job. He cleaned up the work site and explained the door and its functions and safety features. Tim installed a new opener as well and i love the ease and quietness of operation.

He spent the time to educate me on different parts (torsion spring & bearings) of the door that needed to be replaced as well as what to keep an eye on in the future. I chose Precision because of the excellent web page and it is a BBB accredited business. I called the service desk at 12 noon and they said that they would have someone at my house between 3 and 5. At 3 they were there. The service tech was very nice and knowledgeable. I have installed garage doors with all of the attachments before (it is not easy) and to fix a broken spring would have taken me 1 to 2 days. They were there for less than 2 hours and did an excellent job, so I gave them + 5 stars. Will use them again and highly recommend them.
