Drew was born in Indianapolis and grew up in Noblesville. After high school he attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ and was certified in Harley Davidson and BMW. After several years of working as a Motorcycle Mechanic, he wanted some change and found a new home at Precision as a service technician. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on motorcycles, and hanging out with his friends.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service in Indianapolis. They replaced my broken torsion springs that were still under warranty and also replaced the winding bar, safety cables, and all associated hardware. The technician thoroughly lubricated the garage door and properly adjusted the opener to the correct opening and closing settings. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything operates smoother and quieter than before. Drew, the service technician, was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My 27-year-old garage door and opener needed some attention. I called Precision based on a neighbor's recommendation. The technician, Drew T, was outstanding! He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what was going on, then showed me and thoroughly explained, what was causing the issues. He presented me with multiple options for replacing the opener and repairing the door. It was a big job, but Drew was great, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. We had a service tech out within the day we called. Drew, our tech, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener, and offered us options for the repair. Once we decided what made sense for our situation, Drew proceeded to complete the repair. Because we opted for a new mechanism to replace our old and no longer functional one, Drew actually helped us to sync the garage door opener to our cars and to download the new technology available for our phones. Wow! That part was incredibly helpful for a couple of old folks with less than expert technology skills. Drew was great. We would recommend Precision to others without reservation. The door even sounds good--meaning it scarcely makes a sound. Thanks!

We had service for the first time with Percision Garage door. Drew T. Was our tech and recommended what we needed. We replaced several things including springs wheel cables etc. The door is 21 years old and we used another company for 21 years! We wanted to try Percision Garage doors for the first time and they are in Noblesville. I highly recommend them. Drew was awesome and very knowledgeable and very polite. When it rains, it pours! We seem to have had multiple issues with our garage door, the springs, the rollers and the opener. Drew was SO kind! Our past experience with you made you the only company I called or considered today. Your technician, Drew, was an outstanding representative of your company. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. He offered several different openers and had them all on his truck. After we settled on an opener, he quickly got to work and had the new opener installed in just over an hour, including the outside keypad. He explained how everything worked, answered all our questions. Drew showed up at the exact time that the dispatcher said he would. Another great experience with Precision, thank you Drew !
