Drew was born in Indianapolis and grew up in Noblesville. After high school he attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ and was certified in Harley Davidson and BMW. After several years of working as a Motorcycle Mechanic, he wanted some change and found a new home at Precision as a service technician. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on motorcycles, and hanging out with his friends.

Our past experience with you made you the only company I called or considered today. Your technician, Drew, was an outstanding representative of your company. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. He offered several different openers and had them all on his truck. After we settled on an opener, he quickly got to work and had the new opener installed in just over an hour, including the outside keypad. He explained how everything worked, answered all our questions. Drew showed up at the exact time that the dispatcher said he would. Another great experience with Precision, thank you Drew !

Drew T did a great job installing a new garage door opener, fixing the seal on the garage door, installing a new key pad and fixing my other issues. He went above and beyond to help make sure my questions were answered and even on football Sunday!! I have had this company out 3 times in the past and they do a great job. I recommend them to friends all the time.

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Drew. Our garage door is 27 years old and had more issues than I realized—broken spring, bent bar, broken wheels, bent track, and even a missing center bearing. Despite all that, the technician tackled each problem with patience, skill, and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, not just patched up. He explained the repairs clearly, had all the parts needed, and worked efficiently to get the door back in top shape. It now works better than I have ever seen it. If you're looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cares about doing a great job, this is the technician to call. Highly recommended!

Drew & Marcus arrived on time and listened attentively to my concerns. They did a thorough examination of my door, motor, and all mechanical parts. Drew explained the options for repair and replacement of parts, with appropriate costs, that would make my 17-year-old door operational, efficient and reliable. When it rains, it pours! We seem to have had multiple issues with our garage door, the springs, the rollers and the opener. Drew was SO kind!
