They replaced my broken torsion springs that were still under warranty and also replaced the winding bar, safety cables, and all associated hardware. We had a service tech out within the day we called. Drew, our tech, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener, and offered us options for the repair. Once we decided what made sense for our situation, Drew proceeded to complete the repair. Because we opted for a new mechanism to replace our old and no longer functional one, Drew actually helped us to sync the garage door opener to our cars and to download the new technology available for our phones. Wow! That part was incredibly helpful for a couple of old folks with less than expert technology skills. Drew was great. We would recommend Precision to others without reservation.
