Drew was born in Indianapolis and grew up in Noblesville. After high school he attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ and was certified in Harley Davidson and BMW. After several years of working as a Motorcycle Mechanic, he wanted some change and found a new home at Precision as a service technician. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on motorcycles, and hanging out with his friends.

Made an appointment easily. Technician showed up EARLY and did an amazing job. Drew T was my technician today. Drew arrived before the scheduled time (Angie called first to confirm that this time change worked with my schedule) and was very knowledgeable. Drew was thorough and explained everything he found in his inspection. He outlined all of our options for our repair/replacement. Once we decided how we wanted to proceed, Drew was able to replace the parts on the spot in a short time. Drew was great, you won’t be disappointed if he ends up being your technician!

Contacted company in the morning and I was able to get a service scheduled for the afternoon. Drew called to confirm the visit and the expected time of arrival. Soon after I received a text with Drew’s bio. That was my first time receiving information about the technician from any company. I thought it was brilliant! Drew arrived at promised time, he checked the garage door and went over in details of his findings. He presented me with 3 options on how he could fix the problem and price points. Which made me feel comfortable as this was an unexpected expense. He efficiently fixed the door and went over in details of the parts he had changed and also warranty.
