Kevin and Caleb (I believe) were absolutely fabulous. They were courteous and very understanding about the predicament a broken garage door leaves you in - with your car stuck inside. Kevin walked me through everything - why the door had broken and what my options were for fixing it. They had it fixed in just a couple hours.

Precision Garage Door just completed a repair on our two car garage door and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the work they did at a fair price. We had an “accident” on a Thursday eve when my wife was pulling into the garage and hit the remote control a few doors away from our home…….normally not a problem…….except I was backing out of the garage at the same time! CRUNCH! I called Precision at 7:00 PM and not only did someone answer they were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning! The technician Kalu was knowledgeable, professional and did excellent work. I would certainly recommend Kalu and Precision for all your garage door needs

I needed garage door repair on a home we recently moved into. I chose Precision due to their reviews. I was able to schedule same day. The technician was excellent and gave me all my options. I chose to replace the opener and some other things and he had everything on his truck to do it right then…no scheduling another appointment to come back and do it. This is a major plus! Initially called with a sudden door failure to open. Service tech Joey, was fortunately able to come much earlier than scheduled. He quickly diagnosed broken springs as the cause and I also mentioned loud squealing from both doors that was only temporarily resolved with lubricant. His analysis of the damage, as well as failing parts, was very thorough. Was provided both repair & refurbishment options with no up sell pressure. I elected to have my 20+ year door mechanicals refurbished, along with the spring repair and they function as smoothly & quietly as I can ever recall. Long overdue! Great warranty & reasonable price for all the work I had completed, and done in only a few hours. Joey was polite & professional, and was very knowledgeable of and competent in his work. I highly recommend him & the company!

I have an 8½-year-old garage door and had never done any maintenance on it. Recently, it started making all kinds of noises—like Precision Garage Door says, “it was talking to me.” So I called this morning, and they were able to get me on the schedule the same afternoon. Eric, our technician, did a very thorough inspection of all the moving parts. The bearings, rod, and springs were clearly showing wear after all these years. He walked me through what needed to be done, provided a clear quote, and explained how the repairs would help ensure the door runs smoothly for years to come. The best part—he had all the necessary parts in his van and completed the work in about an hour and a half. While it ended up costing a bit more than I initially expected, it was work that needed to be done, and Eric did an excellent job. The difference is incredible—I can barely hear the door when it opens and closes now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, especially if you’re like me and have put off maintenance for a while.

You get what you pay for - and after my exceptionally timed visit from Elliot today, I feel like I got a good deal. Elliot was calling me with a 30 minute ETA just 2 hours after I called in needing a shattered spring replaced. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the same time, he didn't stand around trying to upsell me or waste my time. Within an hour of pulling into my driveway, he had new springs on my overhead door, new rollers in, tracks realigned, everything cleaned and oiled, and the garage tidied up like he had never been there. This is my first time using precision, but definitely won't be my last. I'd be lucky to get Elliot back next time, the guy is top notch.
