Had a great experience from start to finish. They were able to come the same day. Had Eric M and he did an awesome job. He checked everything out and the motor was almost 30 years old and the springs were beginning to show a lot of wear. He explained everything that he felt would be necessary to repair to good working order. Eric M was knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant. After the needed repairs, he helped me sync the new opener to my vehicle and also introduced me to a new app allowing me to open and close door from my phone. Pricing was very reasonable and the service went above and beyond.

I went thru the Hamilton county Precision Garage Door service, whom my neighbor recommended. My garage door was busted and could not be brought down. They were not able to come the same day to get the garage door down, so I got another garage company service to do the job. I got a quote from that company for the Garage door replacement. Shaun from Precision Garage Door came the following day to give a quote and it was very reasonable. Shaun was communicative via text on updates of when the door would be available and when the work could be done. Carter and team got the garage door replaced within the week. They were running late on the day of replacement and apologized for it when they arrived. Overall- my experience with Hamilton county Precision Garage Door service was good... they did a great job at the replacement... and I would recommend them.

When it rains, it pours! We seem to have had multiple issues with our garage door, the springs, the rollers and the opener. Drew was SO kind! He explained everything in language that us older folks could grasp. We had multiple repair options and with Drew (and Mickey’s) help - we chose the options that made the most sense. I feel like these repairs will last a good long while and we have a sturdy and very functional garage door! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Our technician, Elliott, was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He described thoroughly the options and reviewed the work after completion. If we require additional garage door work, I would be pleased to have him provide the service. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Precision to any friends needing similar service. Elliott left us with two (2) remote openers, which are not needed, because our vehicle has that capability built into it. Can those remotes be returned for a credit?

I have used Precision door in the past. They did good work then which was over 10 years ago for a tune up. Their service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do think their prices are slightly high. However, they do excellent work and would recommend them.

Kevin was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He replaced my outdoor entry pad and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door. He then blew out the whole garage with his leaf blower. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Needed a new garage door opener. Precision had a special price (very good deal!), better than the other big-firm/competitor offered. Making appt. was easy, there was a good time availability and technicians availability. The tech (Cole P.) arrived on time, had a good professional appearance, is knowledgeable, friendly. He answered all my questions, ran a quick inspection, made sound suggestions and went to work. All promised work was done, everything was installed right and well. He demonstrated the opener, explained all the functions and options. Left the area clean. He left a very good impression on us. I've had some work done by Precision Doors years ago, and I'm glad I called them back. They took good care of us.
