My garage door broke as i got home from work. I called and needed it fixed prior to having to get out of the house by 5. Tony was able to come out between 2 and 5. He showed up early and had it all fixed and working by 3. The best service ive had in a long time. Would recommend to anyone who has a need for any garage door repair. Drew arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem. He gave me three options for repairing the problem. One I decided how I wanted to handle it, he quickly got to work and was finished in a few hours. He explained everything he had done and made sure I understood everything. Very pleased with our experience. I was expecting a good experience based on the reviews, but it ended up exceeding expectations. Andrew S came out to fix our door - which the bottom bracket had broken. He found the root cause for the failure, provided us with detail information in order to make an informed decision on the appropriate remediation and suggestions to address potential long-term issues. As the primary entry point for our home, I feel great about it today and hopeful that it runs smoothly for the next 10 years.

I was told earlier by 2 other Garage Door companies that my 30 year old wooden garage doors need to be replaced. The main door would only open ten inches and then go back down. You guys replaced some hardware ( Springs ,Rollers ,Pulleys and Cables) and now it works better and quieter than it has in 7 years. Eric G did an excellent job. He was actually able to come to our house a day early from our service appointment. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the problem and recommended a solution. He had our garage door operational in less than 90 minutes. There were no surprise charges. He was very professional and respectful of our property. We will definitely use Precision Garage again.
