I had an amazing service experience with Precision. Teddy and Brandon came out to fix our door. They took the time to explain what was wrong with the door, and a safety concerns, and gave me multiple options to ensure that I had all of the information before making my final decision. I would highly recommend using Precision if you have any needs with your garage doors.

You get what you pay for - and after my exceptionally timed visit from Elliot today, I feel like I got a good deal. Elliot was calling me with a 30 minute ETA just 2 hours after I called in needing a shattered spring replaced. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the same time, he didn't stand around trying to upsell me or waste my time. Within an hour of pulling into my driveway, he had new springs on my overhead door, new rollers in, tracks realigned, everything cleaned and oiled, and the garage tidied up like he had never been there. This is my first time using precision, but definitely won't be my last. I'd be lucky to get Elliot back next time, the guy is top notch.

Ty A came and did an outstanding job. Replaced the back up battery for my opener. Checked both doors for any potential problems. Installed a new retainer and bottom rubber for my door. He was very honest and friendly. I have used Precision Door many times over the years. Definitely recommend them. I give them and Ty both 5 stars!

Hello! I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. After trying to get a convenient repair order placed within a reasonable amount of time for my door, I contacted Precision Garage Door. They sent a technician on the same day, and within three hours had ALL of my issues handled! I am so appreciative. The Technician (Ben i believe) was excellent, thorough and really the time to explain what he thought were next best steps, which we went ahead and handled that day. Before he left, i received a complete walk through and now know that my garage door service will be done by Precision going forward! I've sent to relatives and friends their contact info and for sure, I've done that know that they will get professional, first class service IF and when they need it! I was able to conveniently schedule my appointment online, which was a huge plus. Nick was my service technician, and he was extremely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with my garage door, which felt a bit overwhelming at first. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain everything and helped me prioritize which repairs needed immediate attention. I truly appreciated how patient and clear he was throughout the process. I was also so glad that he had all the necessary parts stocked on his truck, allowing everything to be completed the same day. Friendly and professional company. Drew, our tech, was here promptly and explained options clearly and with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently made the needed repairs. I have an 8½-year-old garage door and had never done any maintenance on it. Recently, it started making all kinds of noises—like Precision Garage Door says, “it was talking to me.” So I called this morning, and they were able to get me on the schedule the same afternoon. Eric, our technician, did a very thorough inspection of all the moving parts. The bearings, rod, and springs were clearly showing wear after all these years. He walked me through what needed to be done, provided a clear quote, and explained how the repairs would help ensure the door runs smoothly for years to come. The best part—he had all the necessary parts in his van and completed the work in about an hour and a half. While it ended up costing a bit more than I initially expected, it was work that needed to be done, and Eric did an excellent job. The difference is incredible—I can barely hear the door when it opens and closes now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, especially if you’re like me and have put off maintenance for a while.
