RJ quickly evaluated the issues with my garage door opener and offered options for replacement (because it was an old model not easily repaired) and then quickly went to work. I had a working garage door opener in about 2 hours! He also helped me program remotes for it. Very kind and helpful!

Precision installed our garage door some years ago and we have always been pleased with the service. Spring broke on a holiday weekend. I was expecting it to be Tuesday before someone could come out. Teddy was out bright and early the next day (Sunday). I was glad to have options based on how much door is used. Once again very pleased with the quality of work and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Brandon R. was great....we needed a new door opener and he looked at the 30 + yr old rollers, springs and cables said they would last but in time would need to be replaced in time.
