Garage Door spring broke over the weekend, called the company that installed our garage door that has 24/7 service, but they did not answer their phones after an hour, so I called Precision. The customer service person was very friendly, and gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled the appointment for the same day, with no upcharge/service fee for the weekend. The service technician Ryan called us on his way to our home and was there on time. Ryan did a great job fixing our garage door. If I have any other issues with my garage door, I will certainly use Precision!

Precision apparently doesn't service my unit, and just recommends replacing it when there are issues. They found the manual online and tried and adjustment, which didn't work. tNext time just ask what the garage unit is to save everyone the trouble.

Great service from Mike. Appreciated being able to use coupon for service call. The other coupons for rollers and springs were for cheaper ones but not for the nicer, better, longer lasting ones. Should be able to use coupon for either. That was disappointing.

Ryan L came out on a Sunday afternoon , day before Labor Day and checked out my door problem . We discussed several options and since my door is over 20 years old and has been repaired before , I chose to have it replaced. The tech, Ryan, arrived 1- 1 1/2 hrs after I called for service, within 10 -20 min of the earliest estimated window and finished the job within his estimated window. He showed me the part of the old garage door opener which had failed and could not be fixed because of its age. He showed and explained to me the various replacement options without pressure for a particular one, answering my question along the way. He also identified and fixed developing problems with the garage door. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door and Ryan (hopefully all the techs are as good as he is)!

I had my entire garage door and track and electrical replaced. The technician Tim Whitlow was absolutely wonderful. He did a thorough safety checklist on my door and operating systems and he explained everything to me in detail. He gave me lots of options of doors and colors to pick from. And himself, and the company was able to deal with my insurance in a fast and practical manner and give my insurance all the documentation that they needed. I highly highly recommend.
