Nobody likes to have things break but I was impressed with Precision from beginning to end. Spring broke on a Sunday but I was happy I was able to make an appointment online for first thing Monday. Our technician was really friendly and professional. Pricing and repair options were very clear with no pressure. Work was done quickly and the door is even working better than it was before the spring broke. Highly recommend!

I have used Precision Garage Doors many times in the past and will continue to do so. The technician, Cole, arrived exactly when he said he would arrive and diagnosed the problem quickly. Cole was very polite and had a great sense of humor. He installed a new opener motor, which is very quiet. Cole also set the door code in all our vehicles and explained the operation of the new door. Precision needs to hire more people like Cole.

Always see your commercials and actually at one time considered applying for a job there years ago. Today Ryan came and did a garage door service and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Service Tech was very knowledgable, considerate, helpful and polite. He went out of his way to help me understand all of my repair or replacement options. Once a plan was settled on, he was quick and efficient to make repairs. He also made sure that the door was operational so my wife could make a Doctor's appointment. The door operates better than it has in a long time; it's also a lot quieter. He didn't just throw a new spring on the door, he took the time to investigate all of the operational mechanisms to make sure I wouldn't have issues later. Thanks to him and your Company for the quick service.

The Service Person did a great job. I called at 8:30 AM and they were there at 11:30 AM the same day. They replaced the rollers and the springs and the door now works great where before it could barely open.

Great Service ! I had an emergency garage door repair and Precision was able to fit me at a late notice. Ryan, the repair tech, was even able to get to my home before the scheduled time. Ryan did a complete repair in a matter of minutes and the job was well done. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

Called for service on my garage door and could have been scheduled that day, but the next day worked better for me. Andrew came right on time and was very professional and friendly. All options were explained clearly, what would be done and costs. Then he installed a new opener in about an hour and it works great. He did a super job and explained everything to me clearly. I've never had to have this done before, about $600 seems a bit expensive, but I feel like I paid for top quality service and product. A 5 star rating on service for sure.

I really appreciated the responsiveness of PD. We called around 5:00 pm and had an appointment set between 8-10 pm. The tech called with an estimated time of arrival. On time with that. There was a misunderstanding of the price quoted to us. I called PD and the call assistant indicated that a manager would call us first thing. While the tech was getting springs, he had contacted his manager and indicated they would honor the price quoted waiving the emergency fee. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

I've used Precision Door Service for several years now. Their technicians are always straight forward on what to expect and how best to solve problems so they don't repeat themselves. Elliott found the problem, showed me the part, and also walked through a quick inspection of my garage door. We found a few other issues that I hadn't expected but needed addressed. He completed the work fairly quickly and went over what was done plus he reviewed warranty information with me. Then cleaned up after everything was done. Truly professional.
