Andrew was very courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and what needed to be done on top of the spring replacement. I totally appreciated him coming out so late on a Friday night. I will be honest, you were not my first choice (had used another company in the past). I called them and it wasn't until Monday before they could get to me. You just earned my business and I will definitely pass your info on to friends and my FaceBook contacts (all 550 of them!!). Thanks!!

I went online and looked for Garage door repair in Hancock County. Your add was impressive and it was late in he evening around 11:00 PM but was still able to make an appointment for the next morning. Your representative "JOSH" was business like and professional explaining in great detail what he found in his inspection of the garage door. He finish his repair replacing all the lift hardware in terrific time and was courtous during the whole process.
