I called at 4 pm when my garage door failed to open and left me locked out of my house on a freezing Sunday. Precision was in my driveway within the hour and Orlando was my very capable and welcome service technician. He was able to lift the garage door enough to slide under for entry to unlock my front door. He assessed the damage including a broken spring and recommended a selection of replacement options. He replaced everything we discussed in a couple hours. So efficient!! So pleasant to do business with!!! Thankyou so much..highly recommend Orlando and Precision

We had an excellent experience with Precision. We had them out to check out the problems we were having with both of our garage doors. Our technician was Marquis E. and he was outstanding! He quickly found out all of our problems and gave us multiple options and price points on how to solve our garage door problems. He was patient with us in our decision process. First I called Garage Door Doctor and they said I needed a new door and it will take 2 to 4 weeks. That was unexceptionable so I called Precision Door. They came out replaced a few parts and I was up and running in 2 hours not 2 weeks, And I didn’t need a new door. Yes I would recommend Precision Door.

I needed help with my garage door called precision they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday. Tony D came out looked at my garage door for me. Serviced the garage door and showed me parts that needed to be replaced no pressure which I appreciate. I replaced the ones that were the most important and will replace the others in time. Very professional and very polite will use them again.

I have seen numerous commercials about the excellent service that precision offers. I called because I had a broken spring. They were literally at my house within 90 minutes. Chase was a wonderful installer. I was at work and he had to call me several times due to other issues found. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly, and professional.

My dad is the one that bought the garage door and watched him install the whole thing. . My dad was so impressed with this young man. My dads has told me twice about how he never backed tract on anything he done and if he (my dad) was hiring this guy would definitely have a job. He will have another garage door install after it gets warm. Takes a lot to impress an 80 year old man that was once a supervisor but this guy really did. Thank you for such great service. Upon returning from vacation, we discovered that our garage door would not open. It was approximately 7:00 PM, and through a referral, we contacted Precision Garage Door, which was open until 7:30 PM. To my surprise, the customer service representative was exceptionally friendly and scheduled an appointment for us first thing the next morning. We received a text informing us that our technician, Kevin, was en route and he subsequently called to confirm. Kevin was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and he did not apply any pressure during our conversation. He presented us with various repair options, categorized as low-end, mid-range, and high-end. He identified that the cables had snapped and the springs had broken. At no point did we feel coerced into selecting one package over another. In fact, he mentioned a less expensive $700 repair option, cautioning that it would require a follow-up visit due to the motor functioning inefficiently and the board beginning to overheat. After considerable discussion, we opted for the complete package, which included everything along with a new opener featuring a camera and remote functionality. Initially, we had anticipated a cost of just a few hundred dollars, but we ultimately spent $3,687.73 and could not be more satisfied with our decision. Not only did Kevin complete the work in less time than estimated, but he also cleaned my garage floor more thoroughly than it was upon his arrival. He took the time to explain everything and assisted me in setting up the related applications, guiding me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and specifically suggest Kevin as your technician. His performance far exceeded our expectations, and he certainly deserves recognition for his exemplary service. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs or a comprehensive garage door solution. While they may not be the most economical option available, their quality of service and warranty make the extra cost justifiable. The efficiency of their service is commendable.
