My garage door was in need of repair and I had seen many positive reviews for Precision on previous occasions. I had always used Overhead Door for my garage door needs but thought I would give precision a shot at earning my business. Boy did they ever come through! I booked my appointment with a very helpful and friendly associate on the phone and we set a date for the repair. I recieved timely emails and text message keeping me apprised with the appointment particulars. This morning when Brandon R arrived, he was very courteous and professional and we went to the repair location to assess which direction the repair needed to proceed. He asked a great first question, "what are your expectations?" Having been a former franchise owner/operator I knew at that moment that he had been properly trained in customer service etiquette. I shared with him my desired outcomes and he laid out in detail what the options were that would help me achieve my objectives. He then proceeded to do the repairs exactly as I had requested. When he was finished with the work we revisted the completed work and again he thouroughly explained the outcomes that I could expect with the repairs that I had chosen. Our garage door opener failed out of nowhere on a Monday night. I usually steer clear of the "big guys" that advertise all the time and thought about asking NextDoor for recommendations, but I finally decided to just schedule an appointment with Precision. They had an opening the very next morning; I gave them a couple pieces of info and was all set. The next morning, I got a call asking if they could come out even earlier. Joey showed up and was incredibly helpful in determining what style of motor we needed. He was honest and gave advice as if he were working on his own house. He took the time to explain the install process and gave the overall system a thorough once-over. The install took less than two hours from start to finish, and he even took the extra time to program my wife's car to work with the new opener. No one likes spending money on home repairs, but for the first time in a long time, I felt great about the purchase and the quality of the work. Precision will absolutely be my first call if anything goes wrong in the future.

The cable snapped on my garage door and Precision came to repair it within 14 hours! The technician, Mike, was knowledgeable and professional.
