I picked precision door because of their reviews. They gave me a quote over the phone and when Nick got here he said the door was a larger door than normal and it would cost more. After talking to Nick and Kevin they decided to honor the quote they gave me at first. Thanks to their agreement and gratitude they saved me a lot of money. I want to say to Nick and Kevin , God bless you and yours. I can’t thank you enough. Nick was so kind and a wonderful person to work with. They both saved my day and Nick fixed the door very quickly and professionally. I couldn’t ask for nicer people to help me out. I have used Precision Garage Doors many times in the past and will continue to do so. The technician, Cole, arrived exactly when he said he would arrive and diagnosed the problem quickly. Cole was very polite and had a great sense of humor. He installed a new opener motor, which is very quiet. Cole also set the door code in all our vehicles and explained the operation of the new door. Precision needs to hire more people like Cole.

My garage door broke yesterday. Precision was out to fix it within 24 hours. I have a degree in engineering, so I can tell you that my technician, Royal, offered an accurate explanation of what went mechanically wrong and what needed to be replaced. I've come across technicians from other companies who provide biased recommendations because they repeat the script offered to them. Not so here. Just honest facts. And I got options to decide from ranging in price, all of which would have fixed the problem but some which would increase up-front cost for lower future costs. Royal was extremely professional and courteous. I really want to stress that because for me, the quality of the technician makes a huge difference. If he's any indication of the kind of technicians that work at Precision, you will get someone with a great knowledge of the product and strong core values (family, honesty).

Called them on Saturday at 3 - RJ was here in a hour! Amazing service and a very nice knowledgeable young man. Quick fix and said if I had any other problems call back and they would replace unit. Precision Door offers fair prices and amazing service! Oh yeah - no charge for visit. I had them replace everything 1 1/2 years ago and they stand by their work.

We are very pleased with the service we just received. We had Precision install our new garage door opener in 2021, it had a battery back-up too. Never had a problem until 2 days ago the unit started beeping. It was just needing a new battery. So I called this morning, and within a few hours the service man, Mike, was here and changed out the battery, did a door check, and we are back in business. I was very reluctant to call for service because I hate dealing with any kind of service industry because usually it's the same old game where they show up and quote you an astronomically ridiculous amount that you later find out was way more than you could have had it done by going somewhere else. I would say in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. Garage door motor went out and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Joey H. was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very glad I called. Highly recommended! A++++

Teddy did a great job. He took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He took the time to show us several options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. Once we decided on what we wanted, he got right to work. He was here almost 7 hours working on the doors. He finished and cleaned up his work area. Because of a packaging error by the manufacturer, he returned the next day to install light covers on one of the motors. He also adjusted one of the doors while he was here. I am very pleased with the work he did and the final product.
