I have used Precision in the past and they were as good this time as I remembered. Andrew was awesome. He was professional and personable. He got the job done and cleaned up. I would recommend using them if people like Andrew work there.

$80 was alot for the charge for someone just to come out and spray lubricant on the spring. At least you can buy alot of lubricant spray cans with $80. He could've checked the hinges and rollers to make sure they were tight. Technician said hinges and rollers looked good never checked to see if any screws might have been loose.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and was great to work with. He gave me a list of options on how to go about making the garage door work better but I never felt any pressure to buy. I highly recommend Ryan and Precision Garage Door.

Service Tech was very knowledgable, considerate, helpful and polite. He went out of his way to help me understand all of my repair or replacement options. Once a plan was settled on, he was quick and efficient to make repairs. He also made sure that the door was operational so my wife could make a Doctor's appointment. The door operates better than it has in a long time; it's also a lot quieter. He didn't just throw a new spring on the door, he took the time to investigate all of the operational mechanisms to make sure I wouldn't have issues later. The Service Person did a great job. I called at 8:30 AM and they were there at 11:30 AM the same day. They replaced the rollers and the springs and the door now works great where before it could barely open.

Great Service ! I had an emergency garage door repair and Precision was able to fit me at a late notice. Ryan, the repair tech, was even able to get to my home before the scheduled time. Realized we had a broken spring about 4:00 in the afternoon and they had someone out at our house by 6:15. We were very impressed with their prompt service and Kevin was very accommodating in sharing options with other safety concerns that needed addressing. The tech was very personable & knowledgeable. But I thought he was given pricing options(3) for repairs that were inflated by ~100% over usual & customary fees for the hardware that was replaced. Why was I billed for a fuel surcharge when the service call was FREE and not mentioned before billing?? I will be using another door service company for future repairs!

I purchased my system last year from Precision, and it has been great. You never know what you are missing until you upgrade. It started acting up, I think with the IOS upgrade on my phone. They came out and reset everything, and since it has been less than a year, I wasn't charged. Great customer service.
