Very fast response! Patrick was very professional and clear on what was broken or worn on the garage doors as well as options and costs to repair. He had all the parts in his truck and we now have smooth and much quieter garage doors in a couple of hours. Would use precision garage door again when I have a need.

Kevin was awesome! We had a minor issue with the door and I called in a panic, as we couldn't get the door down manually, nor would it reconnect after the power outage. He arrived quickly, and in a few minutes, he discovered and solved the problem. While here, he checked the doors and got us back in business. Called around 8:00am on a Sunday. Mike F. Showed up early and gave my door a complete inspection that resulted in some unknowns by me. He was extremely thorough and offered me several alternatives before beginning repairs. Mike was concerned with my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Mike was on his way by 11:00am. I may be lucky here, but even so, to be entirely completed in a 3 hour window is extraordinary. Mike can provide a worry free experience to your complete satisfaction. Mike knows how to delight his customers. He s a true ambassador for Precision. I’d welcome him to our home again.

I called Precision Garage Door with an issue that made it dangerous to open my garage door. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and told me she could send a technician that day. Technician Mike F. arrived at my house within an hour. Mike analyzed the problem and put a plan together to address it. He thoroughly explained the required repairs. It was obvious Mike is a very experienced technician. He solved the problem. Mike was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He is an outstanding representative of Precision Garage Door. Mike fixed an out-of-line rail which was causing a loud squeak when the door closed. Inspected everything, and lubricated bearings and wheels. He called when he was available early, which was great with me, and cleared my afternoon. I purchased my door from them 10 years ago, and it still looks great.
