I was very reluctant to call for service because I hate dealing with any kind of service industry because usually it's the same old game where they show up and quote you an astronomically ridiculous amount that you later find out was way more than you could have had it done by going somewhere else. I would say in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. Garage door motor went out and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Joey H. was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very glad I called. Highly recommended! A++++

The tech arrived a few minutes before they said he would (on a Sunday, no less) and was very professional throughout. My wife had some company she was visiting with so I hung out in the garage with the tech while he replaced the springs, rollers, and brackets. He answered all my questions and was a really nice guy. He clearly knew what he as doing. I would tell you the price was consistent with their competitors but I don’t know that. My prior experience with Precision when they installed the motor is all I needed to go back to them. And I won’t check their competitors next time either.

We are very pleased with the service we just received. We had Precision install our new garage door opener in 2021, it had a battery back-up too. Never had a problem until 2 days ago the unit started beeping. It was just needing a new battery. So I called this morning, and within a few hours the service man, Mike, was here and changed out the battery, did a door check, and we are back in business.
