Very fast response! Patrick was very professional and clear on what was broken or worn on the garage doors as well as options and costs to repair. Kevin was awesome! We had a minor issue with the door and I called in a panic, as we couldn't get the door down manually, nor would it reconnect after the power outage. Called around 8:00am on a Sunday. Mike F. Showed up early and gave my door a complete inspection that resulted in some unknowns by me. He was extremely thorough and offered me several alternatives before beginning repairs. Mike was concerned with my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Mike was on his way by 11:00am. I may be lucky here, but even so, to be entirely completed in a 3 hour window is extraordinary. Mike can provide a worry free experience to your complete satisfaction.
