First I called Garage Door Doctor and they said I needed a new door and it will take 2 to 4 weeks. That was unexceptionable so I called Precision Door. They came out replaced a few parts and I was up and running in 2 hours not 2 weeks, And I didn’t need a new door. Yes I would recommend Precision Door.

I needed help with my garage door called precision they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday. Tony D came out looked at my garage door for me. Serviced the garage door and showed me parts that needed to be replaced no pressure which I appreciate. I replaced the ones that were the most important and will replace the others in time. My dads has told me twice about how he never backed tract on anything he done and if he (my dad) was hiring this guy would definitely have a job. The original door opener failed as I suspected after 9 years. Kevin inspected the system, explained everything to me, including options available. There was absolutely no ‘sales pitch’, only valid information needed to make a decision on a new unit. Kevin took time to ask relevant questions and understand the overall situation: how many times a day the door is used, the number of cars, etc. His interest in installing a door opener that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Once I chose a new unit, he expertly installed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the features of this unit, operation and safety aspects. He also made sure that the app was downloaded on my phone and that I was confident using it. This was not a rush job/installation. Kevin is thorough and a skilled technician which I greatly appreciate. He’s professional, friendly and an outstanding representative of your company.
