This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service, and every aspect from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Same day service and Kevin’s expertise were outstanding. The original door opener failed as I suspected after 9 years. Kevin inspected the system, explained everything to me, including options available. There was absolutely no ‘sales pitch’, only valid information needed to make a decision on a new unit. Kevin took time to ask relevant questions and understand the overall situation: how many times a day the door is used, the number of cars, etc. His interest in installing a door opener that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Once I chose a new unit, he expertly installed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the features of this unit, operation and safety aspects. He also made sure that the app was downloaded on my phone and that I was confident using it. This was not a rush job/installation. Kevin is thorough and a skilled technician which I greatly appreciate. He’s professional, friendly and an outstanding representative of your company. Thank you Precision Garage Door! I called with a concern regarding my garage door and they were at my house 90 minutes later! They could not make the repair that day, but the technician, RJ, did a great job explaining what the issue was and scheduled a time to come back out and fix it. On the day of the repair, RJ arrived on time, fix the issue and everything works great now. I’ve use Precision Garage Door in the past and will continue to use them for any future garage door needs.

Teddy did a great job. He took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He took the time to show us several options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. Once we decided on what we wanted, he got right to work. He was here almost 7 hours working on the doors. He finished and cleaned up his work area. Because of a packaging error by the manufacturer, he returned the next day to install light covers on one of the motors. He also adjusted one of the doors while he was here. I am very pleased with the work he did and the final product.

I picked precision door because of their reviews. They gave me a quote over the phone and when Nick got here he said the door was a larger door than normal and it would cost more. After talking to Nick and Kevin they decided to honor the quote they gave me at first. Thanks to their agreement and gratitude they saved me a lot of money. I want to say to Nick and Kevin , God bless you and yours. I can’t thank you enough. Nick was so kind and a wonderful person to work with. They both saved my day and Nick fixed the door very quickly and professionally. I couldn’t ask for nicer people to help me out.
