Thank you Precision Garage Door! I called with a concern regarding my garage door and they were at my house 90 minutes later! They could not make the repair that day, but the technician, RJ, did a great job explaining what the issue was and scheduled a time to come back out and fix it. On the day of the repair, RJ arrived on time, fix the issue and everything works great now. I’ve use Precision Garage Door in the past and will continue to use them for any future garage door needs.

Teddy did a great job. He took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He took the time to show us several options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. Once we decided on what we wanted, he got right to work. He was here almost 7 hours working on the doors. He finished and cleaned up his work area. Because of a packaging error by the manufacturer, he returned the next day to install light covers on one of the motors. He also adjusted one of the doors while he was here. I am very pleased with the work he did and the final product.

I picked precision door because of their reviews. They gave me a quote over the phone and when Nick got here he said the door was a larger door than normal and it would cost more. After talking to Nick and Kevin they decided to honor the quote they gave me at first. Thanks to their agreement and gratitude they saved me a lot of money.
