I choose your company randomly on the internet. Your receptionist was polite and helpful. Mike was my technician. As a business owner/operator I pride myself on customer service. Mike was prompt and very professional. His attitude and customer service was excellent and something that I have not experienced in a long time. He is someone that you should do your best to keep. Tech was a very nice guy, but the attempts to upsell was a bit off putting. I had them out to replace a $200 set of springs, and they wanted to sell me an additional $550 in other parts that didn't really need replacing.

This is my first experience with Precision Garage doors. I must say that I am completely satisfied with the service we received from the garage door technician from Precision. Kevin did a great job, understandably explained the options and was very friendly and professional. He arrived within the window of time promised, installed new springs and identified and mitigated future issues with other moving parts, ultimately saving me money and headache. I am confident that the new springs and other parts that were needed effectively took care of my garage door for many years to come. Highly recommend.

Your tech, Eric, seemed to be a very knowledgeable person. My original call was for a new base seal and hardware maintenance for an 18 y/o door. When he came and inspected before beginning, his diagnosis was NOT what I needed to hear. What was expected to be a $160 project turned out to be a $1329 makeover. Not his fault. Based on his diagnosis, the door and framework was improperly installed 18 years ago. The wife and I , being south of 70 y/o, were naturally aghast at the cost. But, Eric was quite the fine young man; worked diligently, gave excellent advice; and wonderful cleanup. Hopefully, the door will almost outlast us. Just glad I didn't need a new door! We'll certainly give your company a "thumbs up" to anyone who asks.

Nick did a great job, professional and knows his stuff. Did not waste my time, got to it and was done when he said he would be. I really didn't want to spend the money on just a new set of springs, pulleys, rod and cables, but I knew the one that Garage Doors of Indy had installed 10 years ago, was a cheap model and had to be replaced. My technician was Mike, and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and demeanor with our time. Unfortunately I was constrained financially, but really wish I could have done the bearings as well as the springs this time around. If I EVER have garage door issues again, I will call this company and see if I can request Mike. You guys are awesome, and your employees know their job and product inside out.

Thought I would only need the broken garage door springs replaced. Technician took the time to inspect the whole garage door mechanism and showed me where the bearings were worn out and digging into both the pulley and bar. Cost me more money but it was worth it as the door works 100% better. It was a very good experience and would reccommend.

Nick Zatkoff, did the service on our unit. He is an outstanding individual. He suggested a remote app so that we can feel comfortable that our garage is secure when we are away from the house. He is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person; you are very fortunate to have him on your team.

We were very satisfied with our meeting to have a new garage door installed. Paul showed up on time and was very professional in measuring and explaining all our options. He never tried to over sell, showed us our options and let us decide what we wanted. Paul explained that our garage door opener was working fine and did not need replaced at this time, but we could call and have it replaced if anything would happen to go wrong. Paul was very friendly and informative.
