Mike fixed an out-of-line rail which was causing a loud squeak when the door closed. Inspected everything, and lubricated bearings and wheels. He called when he was available early, which was great with me, and cleared my afternoon. I purchased my door from them 10 years ago, and it still looks great.

$80 was alot for the charge for someone just to come out and spray lubricant on the spring. At least you can buy alot of lubricant spray cans with $80. He could've checked the hinges and rollers to make sure they were tight. Technician said hinges and rollers looked good never checked to see if any screws might have been loose.

The tech was very personable & knowledgeable. But I thought he was given pricing options(3) for repairs that were inflated by ~100% over usual & customary fees for the hardware that was replaced. Why was I billed for a fuel surcharge when the service call was FREE and not mentioned before billing?? I will be using another door service company for future repairs!

We were very satisfied with our meeting to have a new garage door installed. Paul showed up on time and was very professional in measuring and explaining all our options. He never tried to over sell, showed us our options and let us decide what we wanted. Paul explained that our garage door opener was working fine and did not need replaced at this time, but we could call and have it replaced if anything would happen to go wrong. Paul was very friendly and informative.

Tech was a very nice guy, but the attempts to upsell was a bit off putting. I had them out to replace a $200 set of springs, and they wanted to sell me an additional $550 in other parts that didn't really need replacing.

He arrived within the window of time promised, installed new springs and identified and mitigated future issues with other moving parts, ultimately saving me money and headache. I am confident that the new springs and other parts that were needed effectively took care of my garage door for many years to come. Highly recommend.

Your tech, Eric, seemed to be a very knowledgeable person. My original call was for a new base seal and hardware maintenance for an 18 y/o door. When he came and inspected before beginning, his diagnosis was NOT what I needed to hear. What was expected to be a $160 project turned out to be a $1329 makeover. Not his fault. Based on his diagnosis, the door and framework was improperly installed 18 years ago. The wife and I , being south of 70 y/o, were naturally aghast at the cost. But, Eric was quite the fine young man; worked diligently, gave excellent advice; and wonderful cleanup. Hopefully, the door will almost outlast us. Just glad I didn't need a new door! We'll certainly give your company a "thumbs up" to anyone who asks.
