Nick did a great job, professional and knows his stuff. Did not waste my time, got to it and was done when he said he would be. I really didn't want to spend the money on just a new set of springs, pulleys, rod and cables, but I knew the one that Garage Doors of Indy had installed 10 years ago, was a cheap model and had to be replaced. My technician was Mike, and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and demeanor with our time. Unfortunately I was constrained financially, but really wish I could have done the bearings as well as the springs this time around. Thought I would only need the broken garage door springs replaced. Technician took the time to inspect the whole garage door mechanism and showed me where the bearings were worn out and digging into both the pulley and bar. Cost me more money but it was worth it as the door works 100% better. It was a very good experience and would reccommend.
