The technician, Nick Z, was very cordial,friendly, professional, and sincerely interested in making sure that I was fully informed of what was going on. My family has been going through a very rough time that necessitated careful financial considerations and I felt that he went above and beyond to help us out the best he could. We were 100% satisfied (and delighted) by the end result, and would highly recommend them. I might add that it would behoove the owners to consider their own humanity a bit more often during these difficult times. I consider the technician's knowledge and craftsmanship to be first rate, and appreciate their work very much.

My neighbor gave me Precision's number b/c they repaired their garage door a few years ago. Precision had very quick service times available and they sent Zeke to my rescue! He was very, very nice and oh-so helpful! He looked over everything and explained what he found. He made sure I understood what he was explaining and never made me feel rushed when I was asking questions. He also never made me feel pressured into replacing anything with my opener. He gave me many options to choose from. Out of 5 starts, I give Zeke 10!! And Precious and their services!

We agreed on the course of action, they promptly fixed it. They reviewed with me what they had repaired and made sure I was pleased with their work. The outstanding thing besides genuine concern for my approval of their work was NO HIGH PRESSURE TO DO ANYTHING I DIDN"T WISH TO DO.

The gentleman that helped me (cannot remember his name) was very helpful, well know ledged, and all around a nice guy. I found out the problem was the board and crank? Anyhow ended up just getting a new motor. He explained everything in great detail and I knew what I was paying for as he did it. I even got a few discounts! My garage door would not open on Thursday, I didn’t know what to do? I looked online and saw Precision, so many great reviews I knew I had to try them out. I went on their website and booked through the online booking Sunday, they had a spot for the next morning! Scott M. came out and carefully inspected my door, he then told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to fix! After we spoke about that he then went to work and completed the job in no time! Now my garage door opens and closes perfectly, and it is whisper quiet!
