We had some problems with the door responding to the remotes and wall switch! Precision Garage Door installed a new door in 2023 but we kept the existing opener/motor. We contacted them yesterday afternoon and out tech Chayse D. arrived this morning, analyzed the problem and installed a new opener! Great work done by Chayse! Precision came highly recommended from my brother, so I called. They had an opening within 24 hours (we had an issue, but not a "fix it NOW" issue), so we made the appointment. I got a call from our tech, Austin, saying he was about 20 minutes out. I got a text from Precision giving us his name and some information about him. He arrived within 20 minutes. Austin was courteous, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to complete service to our 30+ years old garage doors. Instead of grinding and growling as they close, the doors now literally almost purr. EXTREMELY pleased!
