My consultant Shaun Slinkard was very knowledgeable in explaining things & answered all my questions & made me feel more confident in ordering the products from your company verses another competitor that i recently got a quote from. No pressure & would recommend him to my neighbors & friends.

TV adds caught my attention. My installers were Tim C. & Brandon. Both men were very polite, well trained, & thorough. You have two quality individuals representing your company with these two gentlemen. Sincerely, Bob R.

I went thru the Hamilton county Precision Garage Door service, whom my neighbor recommended. My garage door was busted and could not be brought down. They were not able to come the same day to get the garage door down, so I got another garage company service to do the job. I got a quote from that company for the Garage door replacement. Shaun from Precision Garage Door came the following day to give a quote and it was very reasonable. Shaun was communicative via text on updates of when the door would be available and when the work could be done. Carter and team got the garage door replaced within the week. They were running late on the day of replacement and apologized for it when they arrived. Overall- my experience with Hamilton county Precision Garage Door service was good... they did a great job at the replacement... and I would recommend them.
