I was MORE than pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Everyone was very professional and yet still friendly. The technician, Brandon, was at our door within 24 hours of my call for help. He was outstanding! He explained all that was wrong with the door and gave us several options on how to rectify the problem. There were numerous items that had to be replaced... the door was about 13 years old. He was very thorough in the repairs, and he made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. He even did a rundown of the new remotes and attached hardware that was installed. He even made sure there were no unanswered questions before he left even though he had already been here for several hours (bless his heart!)
