After getting frustrated with a competitor for not being courteous and not calling me back when they said they would, I gave Precision a call. I couldn’t be more pleased with Precision. Shoutout to Alissa for her courteous customer service on my first and only phone call. I called around 9:30am and she told me they would be there between 12 and 3 the same day. And then they showed up a little after 11! Drew was excellent. Explained what the problem was, provided 3 different repair options, and had my garage door back in good working operation in about an hour and a half! Thanks again Drew! Austin was here to replace bottom seal on my garage door and then he inspected my door and fixed areas where light was showing to make my door completely air tight. He also showed me that I had a door opener that would open when power was out and he also put my opener on my cell phone. I was 200% happy with his work!!!!

I had previously used Precision to install new doors in 2022 and was very satisfied with that service. When the openers began having issues, I immediately went to the Precision website and set up an appointment. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday, which was especially convenient. Nick Z. arrived at the appointed time, we discussed options and quickly reached a solution. The work was completed, he cleaned up the work area and we settled the invoice. I have recommended Precision to several of neighbors and will continue to do so.

Ryan not only balanced our garage door but fixed our opener that had a faulty part (at no cost), reprogrammed the opener and gave us recommendations on the repair of a spring that is long in the tooth. Would have had him do it at that visit but it was absolutely pouring outside. Highest of marks!

We chose Precision because they had done work for us in a previous house and because they are local. A technician came the same morning I called. Josh was very helpful, showing us where the problem was with our garage door opener and recommending a new one. He gave us options and did not pressure us. He installed the new garage door opener right away and left our garage cleaner than when he arrived. Our old opener was quiet, but our new one is even quieter. We have had good service both times with Precision.

We've used Precision once in the past, and when a door had an issue this afternoon, we called Precision. Mike was here to resolve the problem within an hour. He was personable, professional, and explained options for a new opener and other services clearly (and was not pushy).
