Kevin and Marcus did a great job replacing our garage door opener and the springs. He explained all the options but didn’t pressure me to go one way or the other. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They worked hard in the heat and got the job completed quickly. They cleaned up the area and walked through all the how to operation tips. Great job!

Tech came out and did an honest assessment and gave me options. When the cost of the motor was higher than I could afford, they do allow me to purchase my own unit and install it for me, which this tech did. He did a great job, the garage door looks and sounds brand new to us.

We had a sudden broken spring. Kalu came the same day, assessed the issue, explained what parts would be necessary, gave us options to choose from and repaired the door within a couple of hours. Blayke was our technician and he did a very thorough job of pointing out the various repairs we needed on the door, and giving us options on how to proceed. He ended up adding a few parts without cost just because he found they were needed, which was very nice. Perhaps not the least expensive outfit in town, but they certainly do a good job. My garage door got quite the tune-up, which should delay the need for future work quite a bit.
