Unexpected repairs are never fun, but precision garage door helped as much as they could buy coming out the very next day, had the parts they needed on hand and made the repairs on the first visit. The tech (Jeff) did everything he could do to make it as affordable for me as possible while maintaining a high level of professionalism and concern for safety.

This was my first experience with Precision and I'm so happy with my experience! Tony went through every aspect of my garage door mechanics, explaining how they worked and why my 20 year old garage door could possibly fail without some updating. He went through each component allowing me to decide on what would fit in my budget but still accomplish my needs. I feel so good knowing my garage door is in great shape for another 10 years or more!

Andrew did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. My only issue is that the rubber piece that fits on the bottom of the garage door was just replaced in May of 2023…I don’t think I should have been charged for another one…very disappointed! Thank you.

I’m always happy with the service your company provides. You’re always upfront with explaining everything. Orlando came out today and was very kind and helpful and fixed the problem I was having. I am however a little disappointed in hearing today that the opener I bought 2 years ago from your company should be replaced. I declined to replace it because I don’t have the funds to pay for it and I didn’t want to put it on my credit card and have the extra payment.

Great job. Arrived a bit late, but was apologetic, acknowleded it, and did everything to get done efficiently. Great presentation on offer, i did not feel pressured, and felt they were honest and not trying to make a buck. My technician, Elliot, was great!!. He deserves a bonus, if possible. And I will definitely contact precision for future repairs or garage issues
