Our garage door spring broke last night and we needed a quick repair. Upon calling Precision, I was glad to hear they could send someone right out. Tyler was our garage door tech. He was professional and courteous. He provided several options and suggestions concerning our situation. Once I made my decision, he quickly went to work. Needless to say, our garage door is fixed and ready for years to come.

This is the second time I have used Precision. This company is all about the customer. The first time my springs broke and they worked with me on the price, This call was my safety sensors, Tyler fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He charged me for the service call and that was it.
