My technician called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon window. He explained well several options for the springs issue as well as the keypad which had stopped working. He also stayed and helped troubleshoot the app and remote closing of the garage door. I would recommend them based on my positive experience .

When we moved here several yeats ago, we had some work done by Precision Door. Today I had my grarage door checked again. The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. The technician came in the morning and completed the repairs before noon. The technician polite and gets the work done in a timely manner.

Josh reviewed everything with our oddly sized overhead barn door and opener. He clearly explained the options for 10ft vs. 12ft openers based on our non-standard 11ft door, went through the openers available and the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision. Promptly scheduled the follow up for install once the order for the opener was confirmed.

I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. Nick was friendly and showed me my options to get the job done. Thanks Nick! Thanks Precision!

Precision Garage Door Service and Austin more than met my expectations. He arrived as scheduled and was able to fix the problem with the double door.. He also oiled the hinges on both the double door and the single door so that they now run up and down smoothly and the bottom seal seems to be installed correctly.

Josh was great. He started by checking to see if he could fix my current opener and then explained my options. Once I decided to get a new opener he had it installed and ready for use in about an hour. Finally he took the time to walk me through the features and app which was great. This is the second time I have used Precision and will do so again in the future.
