Our experience with the Precision Garage Door team was excellent from the first call to completion of the service. The person who answered my call was patient, helpful, and scheduled service for the next day. She then followed up with texts and emails. Our service tech, Colin, arrived on time and listened carefully to our description of the problem. He identified the issue quickly, discussed the options with us, and answered our questions. He prepared the quote within a few minutes, told us how long it would take, and had everything he needed to complete the work. After Colin finished (on time!), he explained what he had done, answered questions, and took care of the payment on the spot. I used Precision Garage Door at my previous residence to install new garage doors. I was impressed with the service I received then so didn't hesitate to contact them when I had problems with my current residence. Cole was the technician who arrived to troubleshoot the problems with my garage door opener. He arrived earlier than expected (after I was asked if that was ok to do), which was refreshing as most companies arrive at the end of the 2 hour appointment window. Cole was both personal and professional and found the issue & repaired it quickly.

Tried to leave for work and the garage door would not go up! I saw that the spring was broken so I looked up the website and booked an appointment online (7:45 am). The cars were trapped in the garage! Eric came out within an hour of booking online, he was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong. He gave me a quote and got it fixed quickly. It's a new house and he pointed out that for the original install of the insulated garage door the original installer didn't use the right hardware for the heavier insulated door, and that the other small garage door was not installed correctly either. I would very highly recommend Precision and Eric in particular for being so quick and helpful!

My technician called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon window. He explained well several options for the springs issue as well as the keypad which had stopped working. When we moved here several yeats ago, we had some work done by Precision Door. Today I had my grarage door checked again. The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. The technician came in the morning and completed the repairs before noon. The technician polite and gets the work done in a timely manner.

He clearly explained the options for 10ft vs. 12ft openers based on our non-standard 11ft door, went through the openers available and the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision.
