Excellent response from Precision - scheduled me first appt. the next day after my call and the "tech" that came out was very efficient and during inspection showed me that I should consider some further repair on springs & cables. I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. Nick was friendly and showed me my options to get the job done. Thanks Nick! Thanks Precision!

Precision Garage Door Service and Austin more than met my expectations. He arrived as scheduled and was able to fix the problem with the double door.. He also oiled the hinges on both the double door and the single door so that they now run up and down smoothly and the bottom seal seems to be installed correctly.

We received excellent and prompt service from Teddy. He kept us apprised of his arrival time and showed up just as promised. He took his time to explain a balanced list of pros and cons for both the repair or the purchase options. We chose to replace both our 10 y/o openers and purchased new ones. Again he clearly explained the different models which really helped us select the best ones for our needs. Teddy was neat and clean and courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he install both openers but he also programmed the keypad AND each of our cars AND helped me install and use the App! All in less than 2.5 hours just as he had estimated. Thank you for your excellent service and for leaving us with two fully functional whisper quiet garage doors!
