The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. Precision Garage Door Service and Austin more than met my expectations. He arrived as scheduled and was able to fix the problem with the double door.. He also oiled the hinges on both the double door and the single door so that they now run up and down smoothly and the bottom seal seems to be installed correctly.
