I was extremely satisfied with their business in 2011 and 2013. My technician was hardworking and very astute to know exactly what he was doing. I remembered his words in 2013 and wanted his help ideally first in my need for garage issue help. I went with another company and I was disappointed the day before for a reference to today's visit. Eric Gellenbeck was the one to help me in "13 and details were written for his service then now due to Eric wanting to help his team, he went to work on-site to balance a heavy load today. I was blessed more than I could imagine as they sent a Bio on him to get to know him with his great expertise and how he anchored well as a service manager. Eric explained things with excellence and when I asked him- gave recommendations. He followed his words with wonderful action to show his dedication. A box was used to collect inside the garage trash and there was a nicety to blow snow off my car and pavement to go the "extra mile" for a bonus. You can tell he trains his team to be precise and strive toward "excellence". I felt so at peace and grateful to God for re-finding them and for their graciousness to come out to serve me (save me!!). They are an answer to my prayer... From our first impression of the sales engineer to our two (2) service calls that we have had for preventive maintenance, we have been very happy. Teddy came out today and was excellent. From his demeanor to his knowledge to the efficiency with which he worked. We will surely recommend any peer to use Precision Door. We were impressed with the knowledge of repairs vs new products that Kevin had along with his ability to give its the most "bang for our buck" with our decision to replace our old equipment (track system opener) and bring our older garage door up to standards for it's weight and size. He and his apprentice were pleasant to have around for the entire afternoon of repair and installation. We felt that he had our best interests in mind. Service date: 5/26/23

We were preferred to Precision by another customer. I’m glad we went with them. The technician, Ryan, arrived on time within the provided window and gave a call 15 minutes prior. Hello, I called on a Saturday to get my garage door fixed. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and schedules someone to come out that afternoon. I was so pleased! Austin arrived after he called to say he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful, informative and personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my door and told me of some other things that would need repair now or later. No pressure from him at all, just helpful ideas. I would highly recommend this company. Great service, on time, Austin was wonderful to work with on that Saturday!! I was going out of town the next day and needed immediate service and I got it.!! Thank you
