Prior to arrival, the office advised when the technician would be arriving and he then called to confirm he was on his way. On arrival Drew assessed the work to be done (repair broken spring) and provided a cost estimate for approval. In addition to the repair, he reset the motor to take into account the new spring tension and lubricated the bearing etc. All in all an excellent service from start to finish.

We had a very old neglected garage door opener repaired. The technician did a great job. He agreed that the door itself was in good shape and outlined our options to repair the opener. He took time to answer all of my questions. He was polite, on time, and competent. The repairs were done in a few hours and work wonderfully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Precision. Ryan was fantastic & friendly. He arrived at exactly the top of the hour. After a fifteen-minute diagnosis, he presented three repair options (good, better, best....each with warranty), and answered all questions thoroughly. He even wore shoe guards to prevent mud from getting on the floor. The entire job was complete in about ninety minutes, and my family can now smoothly utilize our garage again. This was my third time using Precision within the last decade or so. Thanks!!

Quick service on opener replacement and tech named Vladamyr was excellent and knowledgeable. Opener had a fair price but wall button to match old would have been +/- 20% more than opener price. That is ridiculous.

We had Mike out for a garage door tune up. He found out our issue, and resolved it; no pressure, no hard sales of any kind, just fixed our issue. We did then ask him to replace the springs since they were old and made too much noise, and he was able to do it the very same day. Very nice experience. Thank you!

Luckily with all of his Knowledge and Expertise he explained EVERYTHING. We chose the HIGH FREQUENCY Springs as replacements since we use our garage door for Everything. Our service technician did a great job! He explained all the repairs that were needed after doing a thorough inspection. The springs that had been installed by a different contractor 7 years ago were not strong enough to support the weight of our garage doors. Nick installed the new heavier springs and replaced the rollers and bearings which had also wore out. Door works much better than before. Runs smoothly and quietly. Highly recommend choosing Precison!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called toward the end of a normal business day to schedule a tune up, and was able to get scheduled for early the very next day! The technician, Ryan was very thorough. He made sure I understood everything and did not pressure me into doing anything but gave me several options for keeping my doors working properly.
