Within an hour of that he had the problems diagnosed and got started! Very fast and professional!!! Explained things clearly, gave us our options without pushing one option over another. Can't say enough positive things about Eric's capability and professionalism in fixing our garage doors! Not only was he able to fix/tune up all three of our doors, but the company in general is well organized and great at communication. I originally had another company come out to our home after our garage door spring broke. They left stating they'd get back to me but were unable to fix the door that day. After not hearing back from competitor, I called Precision feeling extremely frustrated and they were great all around. Don't bother calling anyone else!!
