One hour. One hour out garage door worked. One hour it didn’t. Made a phone call to Precision and a tech (Paul) was here less than an hour later. Within an hour of that he had the problems diagnosed and got started! Very fast and professional!!! Explained things clearly, gave us our options without pushing one option over another. Can't say enough positive things about Eric's capability and professionalism in fixing our garage doors! Not only was he able to fix/tune up all three of our doors, but the company in general is well organized and great at communication. I originally had another company come out to our home after our garage door spring broke. They left stating they'd get back to me but were unable to fix the door that day. After not hearing back from competitor, I called Precision feeling extremely frustrated and they were great all around. Don't bother calling anyone else!!

Scheduled a Saturday appointment to replace a broken spring, tech arrived right on time, informed me of the options and replaced both springs as recommended. My previous experience with Precision gave me the confidence that they were not trying to rip me off or up sell. The repair was completed quickly, payment was efficient and was exactly the same as quoted with no additional fees or charges.
