I called Precision Garage Door because my door was sticking in both directions. Very shortly the technician arrived. Tony found the roller bearings were going bad. It took less than 30 minutes to put new nylon rollers on and fix the problem. Tony was very polite and he knew his business. My wife is very happy to have the door fixed. Thank you Tony

A friend recommended Precision and we weren't disappointed. Tony came and was delightful to work with. He inspected our old system, walked us thru the recommendations, allowed us to decide on what work we wanted and then made the necessary updates. We are extremely happy with the job.

I chose your company based on reviews online. I thought your truck charge was reasonable. I had an unexpected inability to get home to meet him and only spoke with him over the phone. We had already researched our problems so I wasn't surprised at what he suggested and was very pleased that he didn't try to oversell us on anything that was working well, and gave us an idea of how long they expect the various components to last. Great customer service!

We had our main garage door overhauled this past summer to include a new opener. The technician that they sent out did a great job. We just recently started to have intermittent problems with the door not closing, so I called the office to schedule a service call. Tony D. called when he was on his way and was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes and then looked at both doors to make sure that all was in good order. When we need more work done, I'll be sure to ask for Tony. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for a great customer service experience!

Wonderful job completed! Tony did a great job with giving a quote and then replacing 2 springs. Cables and bearings! After the quote from the time he started the work to completion was only around 45 minutes or less. Wonderful technician!! All for a reasonable charge. I was greeted with a smile from Tony and he was punctual, friendly and informative. He did an assessment of the garage door for necessary repairs. I was grateful he was able to answer my questions and concerns with it running slower than normal. Tony was helpful educating me about rollers and the longevity of them. Thank you again for providing excellent customer service!!
