Tony from Precision Garage Door came to our home and did an extensive examination of our very old and very large garage door. He oiled all the rollers and the hinges and examined and cleaned the operator. He also furnished and programmed two remotes that now work perfectly. He also worked up a very detailed quote to replace the old large garage door and replace a barn doon with a garage door. Tony is the most professional, helpful, and friendly, service individual that we have had to our recently purchased 100-year-old home. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

I received a text and phone call that Tony was on his way and got here at the specified time. After examination, Tony was very thorough on the condition of the garage door and the mechanics of it. Tony explained how all the parts need to function properly to have the door operate without undo stress on it and the opener. Very satisfied with Tony, his work and answering my questions during then repair.

Our neighbor recently had you guys out for a repair and suggested we give you a call. You guys were the 1st company we called for our garage door issue. Tony was great. Very professional, understanding, and kind about the situation. He gave us multiple options to choose from and some of his own personal recommendations. Thank you for getting us back up and running quickly.

Tony D was great and very respectful. Although the service was the result of a broken spring, he took the time to explain all the options and what the benefits were in the long run. Rather than rushing me to make a decision, he explained the benefits carefully which made we want to invest in the right solutions.

Tony D was out a year ago to replace a busted spring on one of our three garage doors and did an excellent job. He returned this time to replace a busted belt and rail on another door and provided the same level of superior service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

I have used Precision door in the past. They did good work then which was over 10 years ago for a tune up. Their service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do think their prices are slightly high. However, they do excellent work and would recommend them.

Tony D was communicative and helpful. He also showed up earlier than the window of time outlined (which was great because my car was stuck inside the garage). He outlined all of my options and got everything fixed in a timely manner! Thank you!

Our spring on our garage door broke and we contacted Precision Garage. Tony D came out and walked us thru what we needed and gave us a few options. He was very knowledgeable and solved our problem. Tony told us about a few things the door needed due to being an older door. The garage door is working so well and is super quiet now. Good price, customer service and company. I will be telling my neighbors and friends about the great service. If I could give Tony 10 stars, I would!!!
