Service was fast friendly and professional!!! I had another company service tech out and they quoted me $1400. When I originally called the other company, service/quote fee was $19 and the tech wanted $125. I called the company back and confirmed that it was $19. They totally tried to scam me. Heck the service tech also wanted to use my wifi because he had no service. He then pretended to call someone yet he had to service to take my payment and said dont worry about it and just left. Long story short... go with a professional company like Precision Garage Door! The tech Cody was awesome. 5stars

Our technician was Drew and he was awesome. He walked through everything he was going to do and then walked me through the job once he was done. He spent the day reworking existing door hardware on six doors and installed two new openers on two doors. Wouldn’t think of contacting another company after working with Drew!

Garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon, fixed on Monday morning. No hard selling, just a full explanation of what was needed and the cost options. Restored our 25 year old door to functioning as good as new, and soooooo quiet.

Tony came out today to fix my garage door after my kids left a broom under it and broke it a couple years back. He was fast, informative and quite knowledgeable. If I knew I could’ve had a working door for under $250. I would’ve done it years ago! Also wanted to say thank you Tony for helping me save my drowning goldfish - you’re the best! (He just said hi to my cat and pet him and made my cat’s day. I just thought this was funnier.)

These guys are great! Their service was prompt and they told me exactly what was wrong with my current door in a way that I could understand it. They not only described in detail how my previous door had been installed incorrectly ( had trouble with the door opening and closing properly for over a year even with the previous door company coming out multiple times )but also what I needed to do to fix it at a fair price. I would and will use these guys again.

So far 5 star! Elliot came out to replace a spring but a full inspection was also included in the visit so we took advantage of it. I knew ahead of time our door/components were old and were close to failure - Elliot confirmed this and more. He was kind and thoughtful with his recommendations and understood the financial challenges so we worked through a full repair vs. replacement. In the end we opt'd for full replacement and I am very satisfied with the decision. If the consult and temp spring install mirror the actual full replacement then we will be set. Thanks Elliot and Precision [ahead of time ;) ]

I had a 46 year old Genie opener I installed back in Dec.1977 that stopped working during these sub-zero days. I saw your add on TV and looked at some of your reviews on line which made my decision to go with Precision & Genie a "no brainer". The day after I placed my phone order, Cole showed up with 3 estimates on 3 options for me to choose from. Of course I went with Genie again (Genie 2028 chain drive) and Cole went to work. He was fast, meticulous & thorough. He showed me how to program one of my cars built-in Car2U controller and went over all the features the new opener had. I am very satisfied with my decision and the service provided. You can't go wrong with Genie and Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks !

Technician Eric G was very knowledgeable , friendly and explained things very clearly. We had a 20 year old opener witha worn out gear and he explained the options of replacing the gear only and other possible problems with 20 year old unit later on. We opted to buy new unit & wheels and are very happy with the results.

Although we have limited time with the new install, our initial impressions are quite high. The technician was timely, thorough, explained what he had found, and laid out multiple options with pros and cons of each, without pushing any particular unit; he also detailed some future maintenance that we could have completed to further extend the lifespan of the unit. The door now operates far more smoothly and quietly than before, and the pricing did not seem particularly high based upon the work completed, the warranty offered, and a cursory review of standard pricing for this type of job. Although they did have to cancel our initial appointment due to unforeseen issues in another of their appointments, they were quick to get us in the following day.

Drew was very transparent and knowledgeable about our needs. He arrived a quickly identified the problem we called about and several other items that needed attention. He was very professional and courteous. He gave us several options and prices for avenues to fix the issues. The price was a bit salty, but was isn't these days. I know the pricing is not his doing, it the the company that sets the prices. Again , a bit salty.
