Was very friendly and explained exactly what the problem was and with no pressure we agreed on what needed to be done and he fixed it in a couple hours. Technician Jarad took the time to explain the issues with our door, the several options we had available for repair, and then made the repairs based on our decisions. When the work was completed, he operated the door several times to make sure everything was working properly, then gave us a quote on a motor replacement when that becomes necessary. He was polite, professional, and friendly. We would use Precision again.

I would highly recommend Precision. We had an accident with our garage door early this morning. I called and was greeted by Angie. She was fantastic! Got us on the schedule for same day service between 8 and 10 AM. The service tech called me at 8:15 saying he was on his way. Joey arrived and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a complete assessment of the situation and explained in detail about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. By 10:15 the job was complete. We could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you Angie and Joey. You both are great ambassadors for Precision.

I chose Precision based off of all the great reviews. I called to schedule an appointment and a technician was at my house the next day. Had a new opener installed along with some worn parts that needed replaced. The door is so quiet now I can hardly tell when it's being opened. I would like to say that Andrew S. did an excellent job!
