Was disappointed initially when the appt got rescheduled from Friday evening. Thank you for sending Eric, who arrived early on a freezing cold Saturday morning as promised. It was worthwhile. Eric was professional, courteous, skillful with his prompt assessment of the problem of my garage door, then completed the job with a reasonable cost in a timely fashion. He picked up the broken parts & left the work area clean afterwards. Courtesy wearing shoe covers when needed to walk/access the house. Highly recommended. We had Joey come out yesterday and “save our bacon” when our garage door malfunctioned. He was quick, efficient, and also recommended some minor maintenance issues. Joey did not try to upsell, but offered to address whatever I might wanted to address.
