Brandon explained everything very thoroughly and offered a variety of repair options, making no effort to sway us in selecting what work would be done. His work was efficient and very clean. He even blew some accumulated dirt out of a corner behind a bin where we keep our large garden tools. Thanks, Brandon!

Chase was a very good technician and very knowledgeable in all things garage. I like that he had a technical background in welding. He and I got along very well. He presented to me all options that were available to me. He even provided me some extra hardware for the doors. Highly recommend. I will note things probably out of control of the company, prices are higher than I was expecting. I have used precision garage door in the past. That’s why I chose them. I know that I was going to get excellent service maybe work on adjusting that price a little bit thanks.

I can not address the cost of the repair without other vendors to compare to. However, the work performed by Vladimir and Carter was exceptional. They were thorough, explained in detail the work they were performing and went beyond my expectations when they actually cleaned the garage door without being asked! The little things like that go a long way. Overall, you have a very satisfied customer and would recommend Precision Garage Door. Thank you Vladimir, Carter

After our first garage door experience we decided to try Precision. The employees are professional, communicate clearly between what we need and what may want to consider, and are task oriented. The experience we had parallels the commercials - positive, kind and helpful. And yes he had all the parts on the truck.

I called for service and they were able to come out same day. Brandon R was my service guy and he was tremendous. Did a great job and was respectful and cared for my property and time. He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called. Brandon truly went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

Andrew S was very professional and listened to my repair expectations. He also noticed that the door was not level causing premature wear on the cables, rollers, and springs. He made adjustments and the door is much smoother and quieter. Great service on what was a scheduled routine maintenance call.

I recently used Precision Garage Door Service and had an outstanding experience thanks to Isaac. From the moment he arrived he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He carefully inspected the problem, explained the issue in plain language, and walked me through several possible solutions — recommending the one that would be safest and most cost-effective. Isaac went above and beyond to find the best repair option rather than pushing unnecessary parts or services. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and the final price was fair and transparent. He left the work area clean and made sure the door operated perfectly before he left. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Precision Garage Door Service and Isaac delivered excellent workmanship, clear communication, and real integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair — especially if you want a technician who puts the customer first.
