They not only replaced the garage door opener which had failed but also door hardware/bearings/rollers that were over 35 years old and also failing. When the job was done, they also helped us program the openers in our cars which saved us some time.

I requested service for my garage door and a tech was provided that same day. Tech "Stuart" was prompt, professional and courteous. He patiently listened to my problems, examined my door/opener and provided a customized plan to address my concerns and resolve the problem. Tech Stuart implemented the solution in a timely manner and kept me apprised of his progress. When the job was complete, Tech Stuart made sure his work area was clean and free of any debris. He also provided great instructions on how to operate my new equipment and link it to the Alladin App. As a senior citizen, it was very refreshing to work with a patient, honest and considerate professional like Stuart. Service tech talked way too much. He was here more than 40 minutes before I even heard a drill. Really got on my nerves. He was nice just talked too much. I'm not much for chit chat. I wanted him to be done so I could go to work.

We called 3 garage door companies on Saturday morning when our double garage door wouldn’t open and Precision was the only one who was answered by a person. (The other two still haven’t returned our call 3-1/2 days later as messages were left). The receptionist was polite and professional. We were given a Sunday afternoon 1-5p appointment. Sunday at noon we were called & told unfortunately the technician’s morning job turned out bigger than expected and was going to take the rest of the day but they’d come to us Monday between 11a-1p. At about 10:15a Monday the technician called saying he could be here in about 20 minutes if it was okay to come early ( which was great!). Issac was very personable,polite and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and solution. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. He had the door open by 11:30 so I could get my car out (& get to my card club on time) by replacing the broken springs then also replaced worn cables and reinforced poorly installed brackets (done by the original company that’s now out of business) to avoid problems in the near future. Everything was done and cleaned up by 2p. The only things purchased were parts needed to replace the broken/worn ones and there was no pressure to buy anything else or new. Kudos to Issac and Precision! We will definitely & highly recommend them to anyone in need of any garage door work of any kind.
