I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this company. From start to finish it was overall a great service - from the phone call with the scheduler to having the technician complete the job. Austin was fantastic. I know nothing about garage doors to say the least but know I know some thanks to him. He explained what he was doing through the whole process very thoroughly. It was a pleasure working with him. I will be calling if anything ever happens again.

Smooth and seamless. The technician, (Stuart) inspected the situation, explained the process and options available. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No fluff or guff, just facts. Picked option 2 and he repaired the door superbly and was friendly with my dog too! Would recommend to anyone with a garage door problem.

I’d already had a quote yesterday from one Company but your salesman ERIC explained everything about my door, the one I was quoted yesterday and explained why I wanted the better insulated door plus couple other issues plus $200 coupon final results were I got a better door for a little less than the door quoted to me yesterday. Installation will be done in the tomorrow ERIC was GREAT glad I chose this company

I knew that I had emergency to get my door fixed because I had to go to the hospital to get another procedure for my cancer treatment and you guys helped me get the service completed. Thanks for the compassion. I also wanted to point out how great the experience was with Brandon R he was extremely professional and informative. He also was very compassionate and kind. He listened to every request from us and handled with it care. The job was completed in just a couple hours and done very well. Amazing. Marquis was awesome. He gave us an honest evaluation on the damages with our garage door components. He explained the repair work that was needed to fix the damages, and he was transparent on the cost associated with each component needing repaired. We thought that we would have to reschedule another day and time for the work to be completed. Marquis gave us an estimated time to complete the work the same day and he finished all the repair in that time frame. Thanks Marquis for your professionalism and repairs on our garage door.

We have used Precision for a number of years. They are always prompt, professional and thorough. After diagnosing the issue, they communicate what needs to be done with price quote and approximate completion time. Then after completing fix they inspect the door and closer to ensure that it is in good working order. Always very satisfied!!

We had our main garage door overhauled this past summer to include a new opener. The technician that they sent out did a great job. We just recently started to have intermittent problems with the door not closing, so I called the office to schedule a service call. Tony D. called when he was on his way and was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes and then looked at both doors to make sure that all was in good order. When we need more work done, I'll be sure to ask for Tony. Wonderful job completed! Tony did a great job with giving a quote and then replacing 2 springs. Cables and bearings! After the quote from the time he started the work to completion was only around 45 minutes or less. Wonderful technician!! All for a reasonable charge. My garage door stopped working Thursday night. I called to schedule an appt. Saturday, Vladimir arrived, it was decided to replaced the opener and springs. Make the door more secure, move a switch for ease. Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was glad that I had called Precision Garage Doors for help. I will call them if and when I ever need help in the future with my garage door.

Service was incredibly good! I’d give it 10 stars. Initial phone call was answered very promptly and professionally. An appointment was set up for the next day (amazing), and Elliot the technician who came to our home was fantastic. We moved into an old home one month ago and two garage doors weren’t functioning. Elliot had to make several repairs/adjustments and got the doors working smoothly even though it was a cold snowy day. He could not have been more personable and professional.

Our garage door mechanism decided to call it a day with a car stuck inside. I got an appointment and right at the scheduled time, Orlando was at my door ready to help. He quickly identified that my mechanism was over 22 years old and multiple parts failed. He walked me through the issue and provided multiple options to fix it. Once we decided on a route, he sprung into action and had it fixed within an hour. He was incredibly professional and polite the entire time, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. Overall, I’m very happy I reached out to Precision.
