Overall you did not solve the problem. I had someone come out 3 times. I will be installing a new opener and hopefully it will work. But I think you were stringing me along to buy a new garage door opener. I probably will not be using you in the future. I am still having trouble with the garage door closing. I just hope I can get it closed each time before the new opener is installed. And I don’t understand why some people in this neighbor hood have never replaced their openers and we have 3 times!!!

My garage door drum cable got tangled while raising, so I was in a mess. The door would not pull back down, and I certainly didn’t want to leave the door up overnight. Precision was very understanding with my situation. They worked with me to get a technician out the same day. Tony D was very professional and customer friendly. He got the repair done quickly, also adding a new lock and weather strip within 45 minutes. Would certainly use this company again!!

We had a new garage door installed in December 2024 by Precision. The installers were great. Today, one of their technicians, Cole, came and reattached a part of the trim and adjusted the garage door opener. Cole came early, talked me through everything he was doing, and had everything finished in 30 minutes. He was great. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone.

We are extremely happy with the service that Precision Garage Door Service provided during their visit to our home. Our garage door was causing us a headache and Precision knew exactly what to do to fix our problem. I can't recommend Precision enough and am thankful that a friend referred them to us. Colin K. is a great technician! He was a good communicator, timely and efficient, and helped us fully understand what was going on with our garage door springs. I trust that we won't need to call Precision back out anytime soon, but if we had to, I feel confident that they would take care of us, and we would welcome Colin back anytime!

Was not certain who to call for garage door repair. Searched the web and was impressed with the website and reviews for Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. Pleased with my interaction with rep when I called their number. By chance, I happened to see one of their TV commercials shortly after making my call. Ben H. called today telling me when he would arrive and he was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection, recommended and explained the repairs along with the prices and left the final decision with me. Ben was courteous and did a fabulous job with the repairs. Highly satisfied and will recommend this company and Ben.

The phone staff were wonderful with me via Sorenson Video Relay Service, something I can't always count on and was pleased to experience and Mike is also wonderful. He serviced both garage doors even tho tenant's was the one not opening, after I decided with both doors having been installed the same day, likely my spring was going to go next.
