I forget the technician’s name but he was great! He solved the big mystery as to why the garage opener would work sometimes but most of the time not. It was the air purifier on my HVAC that was messing up the signal to the garage door opener. Since I am selling my house, he suggested that the wheels and the springs on the garage door be replaced so it is a lot quieter and seems to not work sometimes hard when opening. I am so pleased with Precision Garage Door Service!

I chose Precision by mistake. I had another company in mind but when I clocked Precison came up. I was impressed by their website and the ease of scheduling so I stuck with them. Brock came the next day on time as scheduled and could not have been more professional and competent.
