Bryan came out today to replace the lifting cable and spring assembly. He was very efficient, worked hard, and wouldn't quit until the door was working perfectly. He kept me informed of his progress, explained the repairs and maintenance needed to do the job correctly. He further explained the operation of the door, and showed me the parts he installed . Bryan made sure I was happy with the work before i paid the bill. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend the company as well as Bryan for any door repair needs. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Setting up an appointment was extremely easy and I was able to do so via text. I received a call early in the morning giving me a shorter window of time during which we could expect our tech, Caleb, and then he contacted us prior to departing for our home as well as on arrival. Caleb was the best service technician we’ve ever had in our home- extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and respectful. He explained the issues in detail, in addition to our options to fix the immediate need as well as other repairs that are needed beyond what was necessary to get to door working today. He was able to get things up and running in just a couple of hours and explained all the repairs, along with the basic maintenance work done as part of the service. We could really tell that he truly cared about doing a good job and getting it right- not just getting it done and getting out. We will be having the additional repairs completed soon and will definitely call Precision and request Caleb. Thank you!!!

Excellent customer service from Precision Garage! Our technician, Tony P, was so nice and explained everything to me. At the time, we didn’t know if I needed a new motor or just sensors my garage would not let up or down and the previous sensors just constantly blinked.
