Booking with Precision Door was SUPER easy and timely. My technician, Orlando, was on time and very respectful! He also clearly explained what was broken and what were my options including longevity of each option. When I made my decision, I picked replacing multiple parts- spring, sensors, etc. Orlando had everything on hand and was quick to fix everything and quick to clean it all up. Precision Garage Doors has been our "go to" company for the past several years... After a lot of delays and high prices from several other door companies, we finally called Precision! They came out and had us up and running the same day!!! (while still waiting on parts from another company which never came in for several weeks later!!) We have over a dozen commercial size garage doors and they never fail to have or get the parts necessary to complete the job in a timely manner. In addition, we love the way they always notify us as to who is coming and a brief description of the technician. They are definitely a 5 star company!! and very reasonably priced.

First of all, it was a pleasure communicating with the individual who answered my call and arranged for my service. She was prompt in answering my afternoon call and scheduled my service for the very next morning. She explained cost, what to expect and answered my questions thoroughly. My technician was Teddy and he was superior. Very friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable and a great listener. He reviewed the reason for my request for service and listened to additional concerns I had come up with prior to his arrival. He thoroughly explained what his next steps would be, the order of steps he would be taking and why they were important. He explained that he would give me three options to consider and what each option would address and made it clear that the final choice would be mine without any pressure on his part. After he assessed my garage door, the opener and all the hardware, he gave me a detailed report, and went over a visual inspection with me pointing out every detail he was addressing so I would have a thorough understanding of his assessment to enable me to make the right choice of service to meet my current needs and possible future needs. An agreed plan of action was arrived at and all work was completed in a very timely manner. Once completed, he walked me through a visual inspection of his work, reviewed the invoice and warranties and was on his way. Teddy made adjustments to my garage door opener, replaced rod, springs, rollers, cable, reinforced bottom panel of garage door...I will recommend this company.

Courteous and timely service and service tech was very friendly. The pricing for the actual unit seems too high to recommend. The adding of a energy surcharge and service call fees should be waved if you purchase the opener and have the unit installed. Should have been at least $150 cheaper.

I chose Precision because I had them come out about 20yrs ago and they did a great job on my garage door. I had them over today and again the service man was great just like the one 20yrs ago was he got the job done very fast and he explained everything I needed too know about my door and gave me prices on the work that might need to be done in the future. I found Precision on a google search. Orlando came to my house and thoroughly explained everything, and made the necessary repairs under the time he quoted. I'm an old mechanic by trade, upon inspection of the old parts, it was exactly as he stated. He made repairs to the springs, replaced bearings that were trashed, and quoted me a reasonable price. He was here and gone in less time than I expected. This is a classy act. Maybe the classiest repair company I have ever ran across. I would recommend Precision in a heartbeat, and will be calling them next time I need service. Thanks again for a job well done.

Precision Garage Door placed a new door opener, springs, rollers and some minor adjustments in November 2024. Over the weekend we had a code appear on our panel spect 8:07am on October 20, we call their office. The young lady that took our call was very prompt and polite and in just minutes she set an appointment for a technician to arrive at our home between 9-10am. At 8:37am we received a voice mail from Stuart letting us know he was on his way and would arrive shortly after 9am. At 9:10am Stuart was at our door and in minutes ha had diagnosed the issue. Stuart was very thorough in telling us what the issue was, explaining the why and wherefore and even gave us instructions as to how to fix this problem were to happen again. It too Stuart no more than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. Stuart was prompt, polite and very professional. Precision Garage Door has proven to be a very customer centric company, with great people up and down the line. Would highly recommend this company for any and all garage door needs.

I called Precision after I backed my car into my garage door. The door wouldn’t close, so I called Precision at 4 pm this past Saturday for help. Ten minutes after I called, a technician called and was at my house 45 minutes later. Within an hour and during a rainstorm, the tech repaired and reset the door. Super service.
