Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 20 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 20 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

We have had a bid in on replacing/repairing our shop garage doors since first of February from another company and have got nothing but a runaround from them. I’ve seen your commercials and decided to call just to see what your company had to offer. Your tech came out today after being pre introduced via email( which I loved) I knew exactly who was coming and his background. He had everything on his truck to repair Not REPLACE as the other company told us! He had both oversized commercial doors repaired in just a few hours!! I was so impressed! Will always use your company moving forward. We have 10 doors in our mechanic shop alone plus 6 others throughout the building. No more waiting on old company!! 5 star quality friendly, honest, excellent workmanship, professionalism and prices! Saved our school district over $14,000 from other company replacement price!! This service was to replace the door opener on a one door garage opener that got hit by lightning. The product installed was overkill for this door. The door is only used maybe 25 times a year. They way oversold us. The door opener alone was $958. The total bill came to $2933. They did a good job, but will not use again. I feel they took advantage of my husband.

We were having problems opening and closing garage door. Eric was very prompt with arrival time. He was very professional and proved to be an expert. After asking about the problems we were having and doing assessment, he quickly gave a reason for the problems, solutions, and discussed choice for repairs. The job was completed in no time. Joel was very cheerful on a frigid January morning! He clearly described what was likely needed with our door repair and gave me options with estimates. I felt confident that he would do what I asked and respected the option that I chose. The door was repaired and it worked out better than expected! Technician Eric G. responded to my call to repair my Garage Door Opener. Upon arrival Eric tested the operation of my GDO and isolated the primary problem. He explained the cause of the malfunction and showed me the defective part(s). Next, Eric answered several of my questions regarding various components of the GDO operating system. Ultimately, due to the age of the system I elected to replace each of the major components springs, rollers, belt drive GDO, remotes and key pad. Eric is a professional, he had the necessary components, tools and skills to completely update my system, he pays attention to detail and removed all of the old equipment and packaging and left the work area clean. Eric prepared the billing and we concluded our business. Before leaving he made sure that I knew how to reach Precision should I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Precision and Eric G.

We had a very old neglected garage door opener repaired. The technician did a great job. He agreed that the door itself was in good shape and outlined our options to repair the opener. He took time to answer all of my questions. He was polite, on time, and competent. The repairs were done in a few hours and work wonderfully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Precision. 1. The customer service rep asked all the right questions and set up an appointment quickly and accurately. In fact, she was the first CSR that actually knew to ask me about the sound that the door was making! Very impressive. 2.
