Eric and Austin did a great job with my garage repair! I ended up needing more than a new motor to get everything working properly. They gave me estimates and explained in detail the differences between my options so I could make an informed decision. I'm thrilled they had everything needed to do the repairs the same day!

I called Precision from a Google search I made for garage door repair work near me. Their location and advertised same day service is why I chose to call them. My first service was because my door opener would not work. They installed a new opener that is belt driven and sized correctly in the same day from call to service to complete. The tech was well versed at the repair, explained every thing including the cost, with options that fit my needs. A year later I needed to call for service again because the door spring snapped. This was ware on the coolers in the track as well. Again I got the same great service from first call to finished all in the same day. Both techs were amazing sharing their knowledge explaining each repair in detail, providing options, with a same day completion of the repair. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone I know with confidence. Thank You Becky Conaway

I initially had a broken spring on my 35 year old garage door. The door/parts were noisy and clunky opening/closing. Eric G. got right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, detail and quality of work. He explained everything and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Yes, my service call was for a broken spring, but Eric showed me rollers, cables, bearings that were on the verge of breaking (I got 35 years out of them). Of the 5 garage door companies I called, I have thankful I went with Precision as my garage door is extremely quiet and smooth operating now. Eric and Precision did an outstanding job, well done!

Eric G was our technician. He inspected our system and noted all the areas of concern. We decided to replace our system and most of the supporting parts. We believe our system is now safer and will operate effectively for many years. The price was reasonable. Eric was great!

In less than 24 hours went from broken door to better than new. Eric G was fantastic called before the appointment to work out arrival time, explained everything right and wrong with my door then had it all wrapped up the same night. Hope to not need a door repair again but if I do now I know who to call.

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their excellent reputation for Garage Door installation and Repairs. A company that DOES NOT charge extra for Saturday or Sunday service is unheard of in this day and age. That alone should be rewarded. However, their technicians are extremely polite and knowledgeable, giving me options on how I could go about my repairs, if any. I’ve never had to call them back because the repair did not work. Another rarity these days, sadly. I can’t recommend this company Highly enough!
