Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

I called Precision Garage Door Service after watching their commercials promising quick service. They did not disappoint. The technician, Eric Gellenbeck, was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and had my garage doors working great within a very short time. I was also impressed by the amount of repair parts carried on their trucks, no waiting for parts to be ordered or a return trip to install.

I was extremely satisfied with their business in 2011 and 2013. My technician was hardworking and very astute to know exactly what he was doing. I remembered his words in 2013 and wanted his help ideally first in my need for garage issue help. I went with another company and I was disappointed the day before for a reference to today's visit. Eric Gellenbeck was the one to help me in "13 and details were written for his service then now due to Eric wanting to help his team, he went to work on-site to balance a heavy load today. I was blessed more than I could imagine as they sent a Bio on him to get to know him with his great expertise and how he anchored well as a service manager. Eric explained things with excellence and when I asked him- gave recommendations. He followed his words with wonderful action to show his dedication. A box was used to collect inside the garage trash and there was a nicety to blow snow off my car and pavement to go the "extra mile" for a bonus. You can tell he trains his team to be precise and strive toward "excellence". I felt so at peace and grateful to God for re-finding them and for their graciousness to come out to serve me (save me!!). They are an answer to my prayer... What can I say about Eric G. What a great guy. Told him what I was looking for and what I needed. He answered all my questions and even made some adjustments. I was looking to replace two very old garage door openers that were noisy and wore out. I even needed to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door and replace the old plastic rollers. Eric was great to deal with and he never once tried to sell me something that I did not need and that is what I appreciate. I will definitely be calling precision again.

I had no clue who to call for our garage door problem, so I checked customer reviews. Precision was the obvious choice. Eric quickly analyzed the cause, suggested options, then let me choose. He explained each step and found some other things that would eventually need to be taken care of. No push, no pressure. I can’t imagine calling anyone else should we need servicing again.

I had run into the door about 6 months ago and the door busted the bottom roller and the whole bottom was hanging. I couldn’t afford a new door and I couldn’t shut the door. I called the dispatcher and she got someone out within 2 hours. I went on to work and they fixed everything and I was able to pay them over the phone from work. I got home and Kevin did an amazing job! Thank you everyone I dealt with for taking care of my emergency and doing an amazing job! One of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in over 30 years! 5 stars is too low of a rating!
