Kevin did a great job educating us on options for fixing our garage door opener and/or spring mechanism so we could make the best decision for us. He was also good with my dogs. Then he even cleaned up after he finished! We are very thankful to have a safely operating garage door now!

He was efficient in that he found the problem and repaired it quickly. He was meticulous in that he carried out an inspection and pointed out necessary maintenance without applying any pressure to complete the maintenance work now. Kevin was friendly, efficient and capable. He explained the service he performed on my garage door and showed me exactly what repairs he made to it. In addition, my key pad wasn’t working properly! He tested it and after multiple attempts got it to work. He gave me the option to stick with it or to purchase a new one. Since it was a couple years old, I did buy a new one. When he left, my garage was clean and nothing was left behind! A positive experience!

We were impressed with the knowledge of repairs vs new products that Kevin had along with his ability to give its the most "bang for our buck" with our decision to replace our old equipment (track system opener) and bring our older garage door up to standards for it's weight and size. KEVIN U gets a 5 STAR for going above and beyond. I provided review on your Google option. Kevin arrived promptly, could see the problem, determined the fix. Kevin also lubricated all hinges after listening to the door go up and down from the garage door opener, and also listened to the door go up and down without the garage door opener. Kevin installed new REMOTE garage door opener - allowed me to open from the outside as if I just got home. Kevin found a small nail protruding on the east side causing a rub and also a small nail on the west side. Kevin took the time to share where the program button was on the garage door opener, if needed in the future. BILL
