Our service agent, Royal, was beyond fantastic! Our door broke in the evening, so we had an emergency on our hands. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. He quickly repaired our door and replaced the parts needed. He discovered another small issue and gladly fixed it without charging me for his extra time to do it. Amazing company with great people!

I enjoyed having your person out to see about fixing our garage door. He checked the area, gave me a few quotes for fixing the problem and was ready to start as soon as he finished his quotes. My wife wasn’t here, and she has had a horrible week, and she refused to talk about problems, even though she knew about the garage door and a general idea of the money. I also want to say a special thank you and professionalism your technician Royal F. was handling the service of trying to fix my old garage door opener, he worked and his assistant worked tremendously hard to get my garage door working properly, but it turn out that my 23 year old garage door opener, just did have any life left, so we decided to get a new garage door opener. I feel bad that he missed out on making other calls and that my garage door was such a problem. My wife and I will continue to call on your company for any garage door issues in the future. Royal F has great customer relations and really cares for the customer, he’s an asset to your company.

I've had the company out before for garage door repairs, and had a good experience. Our spring broke last night and so I called them first thing this morning, and they were out by noon. Owen was very friendly, professional, and showed up when scheduled. After checking things over, we discussed a course of action that made sense to me for longevity and budgetary purposes. Hopefully with today's repairs I won't have to call again for a long time, but if I do, I will do business with them again.

My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that. He is an asset to your company and you should plan on keeping him around. I hope if I need more work down the road on my door it will be him to come out.

My garage door spring broke and I. Allied Precision. Teddy came out, arriving on time. He showed me not only had the spring broken but there were several safety concerns.
