The technician arrived at the time given, was very polite, told me the process he would follow to determine the problem, and asked if I had any questions before he began. Afterwards he discussed what he found and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Precision Door Company. I will definitely use them in the future.

Best experience I have ever had with a garage door company. Prices were reasonable, I was given options, and appointment was scheduled and performed quickly. My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that. He is an asset to your company and you should plan on keeping him around. I hope if I need more work down the road on my door it will be him to come out.

My garage door spring broke and I. Allied Precision. Teddy came out, arriving on time. He showed me not only had the spring broken but there were several safety concerns. In fact, he had point out one and it indeed happened the very next time we closed the door. Teddy was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I could not be happier.

Precision Garage door was the one and only company that actually said, " We will have someone there this afternoon before 7 pm. They arrived well before 7 pm! In fact it was closer to 3 pm. My hat goes off to this company as well as Josh and his assistant who actually completed the repair. No doubt they were knowledgeable for their work. Josh actually took the time to show me the parts that needed to be replaced in addition to the broken springs which was the initial service call. He explained in detail the work and parts needed and allowed me to decide on the work needed and the parts to be replaced. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT

Ian, an employee for Precision Overhead Garage Door, called 15 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. He presented options for both my garage doors and we discussed what would be best. He accomplished replacing needed parts on both doors in approximately 2 hours. Very satisfied with his work!

We chose Precision because of location and high ratings. It was easy to schedule online, but we also called the office and received a courteous, professional response. We appreciated the phone calls to check in and give us updates regarding arrival time. When Mike arrived, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He communicated well with us and completed our repair in a timely manner. We liked the text with a little bio about Mike, so we had an introduction to our service person before he arrived. Our garage door is working great!

My service call was for two brackets which attached two panels together that were broken on the garage door. The technician Ben was very professional in fixing the brackets as well as pointed out other parts that should be replace eventually. He gave me a few options, starting with the most critical to the more minor repairs. This allowed me to consider the costs and what I could afford at this time. There was no pressure, only an honest assessment of what should be done in time to kept my garage door safe and operational. I can now budget and plan ahead to fix the garage door in phases. I definitely will call Precision Door Service when I can have the next phase of repairs completed. Ben was very patient in answering and explaining all of my questions.
