We have used Precision in the past and happy with their service. We are also happy with today's service. Had a new garage door system including cables, etc installed. Works perfectly and is much quieter. Andrew S was here within the time frame he said he would be, presented us with options, and got to work immediately and finished when he said he would. He's very nice to talk to too. We would definately use him and Precision again.

I called and the apptmt was the following day. Ryan explained how the problems could be resolved - repair and/or replace the door, opener, and the cost breakdown for each. Since I chose repair on some items (which included warranties) and replace on some items, he was able to do the work the same afternoon. I was very pleased with Ryan and the work done, as well as the cost. I would highly recommend Precision and Ryan if you have garage door problems.

Josh Brewer was very professional, helpful and explained everything thoroughly that needed to be done to my garage door and door opener. Had two new doors installed, installation technician called ahead and was on time. Gave me a time frame, for the work, and was ahead of schedule. Kept me informed of the installation progress and was nice enough to include me on straps and handle placement. Final inspection and operation of doors, Technician found a small dent in the door. A picture was taken and a new panel was ordered. Only great companies do this, I highly recommend this company and will use for all my overhead door needs.

We had a great experience with Precision. Our technician, Kevin, was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He helped us set everything up with our vehicles and walked us through everything. I contacted Precision to have a new seal installed on my moms garage door. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and found issues that another garage door company did not find. He was honest and gave us his personal opinion when asked. After he repaired the door he had me try it out. I couldn’t believe the difference in the way the door looked and performed. Mike is a true magician! We are very satisfied with his work and will recommend both Mike and Precision to family and friends.
