Kevin conducted warranty work for a broken spring. The lifetime warranty we received 10 years ago was honored without hesitation! Kevin called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given. As he conducted his work Kevin explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Upon completion Kevin made sure he had not dropped anything and made sure the area was clean. Our garage door is back in operation and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision and Kevin especially. Kevin was very friendly and informative and a true professional in every way. My rating for Precision and Kevin is 6 Stars as they totally exceeded expectations!!!!! I will always call Precision for any garage door work!!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. I called in the morning and the operator told me he would send out Kevin between 12 and 3. Sure enough, at 12:30 Kevin called and arrived shortly thereafter. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or courteous technician. He inspected the door and the motor and confirmed my opinion that it needed to be replaced. He also showed me wear on my door mechanics that could potentially be a problem. We discussed a number of options and once I had decided what I wanted, he went right to work. When he finished, he not only went over the work and made sure I understood each part that was replaced and how it functioned, but he even swept the garage clean of the leaves that had blown in! I was very happy with his professionalism and his obvious attention to detail.

Kevin came out to do a check-up on our double garage door and put in a new bottom gasket. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. We're so glad he pointed out the deficiencies in our 19 year old door. A layman would never have seen what was frayed and ready to break. The potential for a garage door failure was significant. I had already called a different company who was not able to come out until the next day and my existing opener had failed so I needed someone today. I then tried Precision and they were able to send someone that day. The service technician was Mike. He did a great job. He inspected my existing opener and door. The existing opener needed to be replaced so he removed the old unit and track and installed the new one. He was very professional and courteous, a true first class job. I would definitely use Precision Door again.

Had to have a broken torsion spring replaced. I called around 11am and was scheduled for 4:00 the same day. Andrew called and said he was ahead of schedule so he could come a little earlier... he actually waited about 10 mins for me. Really good guy. Explained what he was going to do before hand, I was given options and aprox 1/2hr later, I was operating again. The door is balanced well and is quieter than its been in 10 yrs. I highly recommend!!!
